The trade fair BioFach represents an excellent opportunity to promote your company and organic products as well as to review the latest industry news and trends. BioFach is the main trade fair of its type in Europe. It is held every year in Nuremberg, Germany. With more than 50,000 professionals from over 130 countries expected, BioFach 2015 will be the world’s largest gathering of buyers and decision makers from the organic sector.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION FEE

Booth at SIPPO or Country Pavilion Preparation Workshop on 100h February

       

Exhibition booth at SIPPO or Country Pavilion (stand rental & stand construction): on average 7m2 are allocated per participant; depending on the availability of stand space, nature of products, etc.) Hotel accommodation in Nuremberg for two persons in a double bedroom from 9th – 15th February 2015 (6 nights). Matchmaking services: Support in arranging contacts with potential customers before the trade fair Trade fair preparation workshop on 10th February 2015 Marketing support/promotional activities: company profile in SIPPO exhibitors brochure and Emailing to potential costumers/visitors, other promotional activities (advertisements, etc.) Entry of company name in official trade fair catalogue Preparation support (information packages, visa applications, etc.) Assistance of SIPPO team during trade fair Follow-up support

SERVICES NOT INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION FEE

Travel expenses for the representatives to the trade fair location and back Local transport Personal insurance Shipment/transport of the goods and insurance of goods Transport and exhibition insurance of goods, participants, etc. Additional stand arrangements, audio-visual equipment, etc. Additional overnight accommodation: companies who arrive earlier and/or leave later must inform SIPPO accordingly. Additional overnight accommodation must be booked by the companies themselves directly at the hotel. Extras in hotel (phone calls, mini-bar, restaurant, bar, etc.)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATING COMPANY

   

Registration fee to be paid into Switzerland Global Enterprise bank account within 10 days after reception of the invoice. Both representatives of the company must be fluent in English and must be present for the entire length of the trade fair and the preparation workshop. The company must inform SIPPO on a confidential basis about contacts established and business concluded during and after the trade fair. SIPPO shall reserve the right to alternate the programme if needed.

PARTICIPATION FEES

  

CHF 1`000 if your company is attending for the 1st time through SIPPO (plus 19% VAT) CHF 1`500 if your company is attending for the 2nd time through SIPPO (plus 19% VAT) CHF 2`000.00 if your company is attending for the 3rd time through SIPPO (plus 19% VAT)

In case the company withdraws from your registration the participation fee is non-refundable.
