FF: It all started with my granddad, who started making cheese in a small mountain hut in the early 1920s. He then had to move because of poor working conditions caused by World War II. He started

working at a local cheesemaking facility and had several children. Among them, my father followed in his footsteps and started working with him. He then decided to move back to the mountains and start his own company. He did that and grew every year. Four Styles of Eden Beans and Whole Grain Chili Origin stories of chili are as varied as its recipes. Chili came out of central Texas in the 1880s. In 1977, Texas law declared chili the official state food.

There are no beans in traditional Texas chili; it is chili con carne (chili with meat).

Henri Hutin Celebrates 100 Years of Tradition & Innovation
