BOGOTA CITY Did you know that Bogota is the city with the highest number of tourists in Colombia? In this paper, we are going to represent the most beautiful things which that city offers for tourists everyday. There are many reasons why, Bogotá is one of the most visited cities in our country. One reason is the gastronomy, Bogotá has food that attracts the tourists ´ attention and iit is representation of the traditions that we have had for generations and which become in part of our national and international identity. As a second reason, Bogotá has many interesting tourist places, where people can enjoy knowing part of our architectural constructions, visiting historical and recreational places, breathing pure air, enjoying seeing our fauna and flora or walking around our natural spaces full of vegetation and relaxation. Now, as a third reason, Bogota as the most influential city of Colombia, gives the opportunity to the tourists to do a variety of activities from the calmes ones to some extreme sports which could be interesting for people as well. Bogota is one of the best destinations in Colombia, where you can have a great tourist experience with your family or friends, and as our main objective we are going to explain the things which every tourist should do in the Colombia´s capital.

In Bogotรก the traditional empanada is filled with chicken breast or meat seasoned with potatoes covered in flour with a crunchy and delicious texture or in some cases the filling contains rice, egg or peas. Now, we are going to focus on the second reason why Bogota is one of the most visited cities in the country,so, this reason is its variety of tourist places that offer both natural and urban spaces. Bogotá has several tourist places full of nature, history, identity, and fun, a clear example of these places is Monserrate, La Candelaria neighborhood, Salitre magico park, Zona Rosa, Golden Museum, Sumapaz Paramo, Guadalupe virgin, 20th July, different malls or rural zones from Bogotá such as Pasquilla when,Mochuelo, Santa Barbara, “Los tunjos” or other places that leave a remember of a good experience for tourists who visit them. So let 's start with some of them.

Pasquilla: The rural area of Pasquilla is located in the south of the town of Bolivar City. It has a lot of nature, it's quiet and full of animals such as cows, donkeys, horses, sheep, pigs, chickens, rabbits among others. There is also a dam called "La Regadera" which is very close to a space where you find frailejones and diversity of fauna and flora also, you see the water fountain and you can get in and swim a little, although its a bit cold. A little further up is the part of Santa Barbara where you can pass through a beautiful forest and see the beauty of nature and the amount of water. It is a relaxing and beautiful plan. Salitre Mรกgico Park: Is an amusement park located next to the Simรณn Bolivar Park in Bogota, Colombia. It has 30 mechanical attractions for children and adults: High impact: are those attractions that generate great happiness, a feeling of fear and emptiness, since it increases adrenaline in the body. Candelaria Neighborhood: The candelaria is the "place where you can breathe the origin of Bogotá". This neighborhood is located in the center east of this city. composed of 5 neighborhoods and is considered one of the places that attracts a large amount of national and international tourism. One of the greatest attractions of this neighborhood is its architecture, with its narrow streets that still retain the essence of the colonial times that were inhabited by the Spanish. As you walk through the streets, you can see the urban art on the walls, visit the museum of chicha or handicrafts of the city, the Chorro de Quevedo where people can enjoy drinks like chicha, while having fun paying attention to storytellers or visiitng the Plaza de Bolivar which is very near to it.

20 de Julio: It is a temple, located in the southeast of the city in the neighborhood "20 de Julio",. It is one of the most important religious and prayer centers of the cuty.It has a figure of the Risen Christ also, the image of the Divine Child Jesus is venerated in a small chapel located behind the main altar and religious people enjoy going there.

Zona Rosa: It is one of the best places if you want to spend a night of dancing and partying that you won't want to end. This place has a whole set of bars and clubs that open doors for tourists and city dwellers on weekends and holidays,where you can enjoy listening to all kinds of musical rhythms. It is located in the north of the city and in addition to being surrounded by large shopping centers it also contains restaurants and cafes. Here you can put aside the problems, stress and enjoy a night full of joy and a delicious gastronomy characteristic of the city.

Guadalupe Virgin: This place is considered a jewel of Bogota that you cannot miss on your tourist trip. It is a beautiful place full of nature, which is located more than 3,300 meters above the city,and contains a sculpture of the Virgin of the Immaculate Conception that measures 15 meters high, a work created by Gustavo Arcila Uribe and also contains a chapel. Attention is not only attracted by nature and the religious space but because it contains a viewpoint with a wonderful view of the entire capital, also in a place where you can buy crafts, typical sweets and you can enjoy the gastronomy in the food areas. Approximately 1,000 people go up there every weekend, you have to go.

Simon Bolivar Park: It is the largest and most important urban park in the city of Bogotá, which is full of nature, green spaces a bif lake and kind people. Also in this park you can make a picnic, exercise, eat and spend time with the family of friends. Simon Bolivar Park offers to tourist since calmest until more influential plans.

Monserrate Hill It is basically an iconic or symbolic point of the city of Bogotá. It has an exclusive location on the eastern hills located approximately 500 meters above the level of Bogotá, generating a privileged view of the city in an environment surrounded by nature, culture and historical wealth. On the other hand, it is a place that allows different activities for different types of public, being a place of religious congregation, a space that encourages sport through its arrival or a place where you can stay quietly and enjoy the landscape and certain restaurants. Tourits can ´t forget to attend there.
Golden Museum: Tourists interested in knowing the most important museum in the city of Bogotá should go to the gold museum founded in 1939 and which contains more than 30,000 pieces of gold and tells the historical part behind each of them, the cultures ancient times or the events that surrounded these pieces that are now a treasure for the city.

Finally, since we have explored what tourists can do in the city of Bogotá regarding some gastronomic plans and the visit to some of the most important tourist places, we will move on to our third reason that is related to some other recreational activities in the city and which can be carried out by tourists according to their interests, based on what we have mentioned above.
4. Enjoy from a dance night with friends or family.

Tour the streets of Bogotá by bicycle: This plan is perfect for tourists since they can observe the neighborhoods, the architecture, explore the shopping centers, the handicraft or souvenir areas, take a tour of the street gastronomy or in famous restaurants , etc ... and at the same time contribute to physical health, being a sports and recreational activity.
