ABOUT THE CHALLANGE - Recognizing the need of support in the community by stimulating and developing a positive alternative to bullying: “Buddying” This integrated media campaign aims to inform, educate and build a positive approach towards bullying. TARGET AUDIENCE - Young males and females in high school and senior high school (Year 7 - Year 12) VISION - Buddying will establish a positive and safe environment for the community, which is lacking today, through creating awareness of the increasing negative psychological effects of bullying and by effectively educating and supporting the community bringing a change in the lifestyle and relationships of our younger generation.

HOW WILL WE ACHIEVE THIS - The Buddying Campaign message will be delivered and promoted via online and printed material. Posters with campaign hash tag will be produced to generate awareness and conversation amongst the community about the issue of bullying. The digital content will be distributed but not limited to a website, blog, social media and mobile phone app. Merchandise will also be used as means of getting the message across the community. All the different tools are correlated with each other and they are designed to involve the community, grabbing their attention and encouraging them to share their own experience. This will be achieved by providing instant online contact through positive content. Such as: messages, photos, videos and posters produced by the community.
