Jesus Culture is a community of worship leaders and musicians whose heart is to see a generation impacted by encounters with the presence of God. Jesus Culture will be coming to the USF Sun Dome on Monday, June 27 at 7 p.m. Originating out of the Jesus Culture movement which began in 1999, they recorded their first album in 2005 at their youth and young adult conference in Redding, CA. It is noted on their Website, “In the summer of 1999, our youth group at Bethel Church in Redding, California, pastored by Banning Liebscher, launched the very first Jesus Culture Conference. With staff included, about 500 attended. God showed up in a powerful way. We continued to host gatherings and each year the conferences continued to grow. Always at these conferences, Kim Walker-Smith, Chris Quilala and Melissa How, who were the worship leaders in our youth group, would lead. Their heart was to serve and be a part of what God was doing.” Since then Jesus Culture has released nine annual live albums and over 20 solo artist albums. Jesus Culture leads worship both at their local church in Sacramento, CA and abroad through conference events and worldwide tours. Their latest release, Let It Echo (2016), climbed to the Top 10 on the

iTunes overall chart and debuted at number one on the Christian/Gospel chart.
