A day when the air held more fog than you thought was possible. When I just wanted to stay inside and drink tea. I took the bike down to the water and happened to take some of my favorite photos.

An early morning on my way to an exam. Suddenly the world outside the train window turns golden and there, in the liquid gold I see two lucky souls canoeing. It made my day.

I want my photos to remind myself and others to cherish the small things in life. For the better.

What we see changes who we are. Walking in the streets there is always something to see. An angle, a detail, an instant to capture and absorb for those ready to look for it.

My passion is to capture people in motion, to freeze a moment in time and to be able to keep that as a memory forever. Right now the world doesn’t allow me to do that, and I will have to find other ways to be creative. These photos from my archive remind me that there’s also beauty in the still and quiet moments.
