Welcome Wagon Students will assist you with check-in, luggage and transportation to and from campus parking lots.
Accommodations Experience Oswego’s legendary sunset from a gorgeous (that’s no misprint!) campus residence hall! We have arranged for Reunion 2012 participants and their guests to stay in the beautifully renovated Johnson and Riggs halls, complete with lakeside balcony perfect for a casual gathering of old friends, an Adirondack-style lounge with a wall of windows and more! These halls offer a spectacular view of the lake and are within walking distance of many Reunion events. Each room has two twin beds. Unless you list a roommate, you will be assigned a single room. A maximum of two adults allowed per room. Linen, towels and blankets provided.
To take advantage of on-campus Reunion Weekend housing, EACH person MUST be registered for at least one of the following events – “Come as You Were” BBQ at Fallbrook on Friday or the “Family Reunion” Alumni Dinner on Saturday. A credit card is required for all on-campus housing reservations, even if you are paying by cash or check. Any room damages will automatically be billed to your credit card. Note: If Johnson and Riggs halls fill up, Reunion attendees will be housed in Waterbury (not air-conditioned). Rooms will be assigned based on when reservations are received.
“Traditional” style men’s and women’s T-shirts and men’s crew neck sweatshirts with alumni logo and men’s lightweight performance fabric golf shirts are available PRE-SALE ONLY through this reservation form. Official reunion photos will be taken for the classes of 1932-1962, 1967, 1972, 1987, 1991-1993, GOLD reunions, Omicron Xi 30th Anniversary, Phi Omicron Xi 45th Anniversary and Sigma Gamma 65th Anniversary. Photos may be ordered following Reunion Weekend. Casual photos will be taken during Reunion Weekend for the “Reunion Photo Gallery” at www.oswego.edu/reunion, so check back after the weekend to view the fun. The halls are air-conditioned and have “community” (dormitory-style) bathrooms on each floor. SORRY, NO PETS ALLOWED. Special arrangements can be made to house early arrivals. Members of the same class year and/or reunion group will be housed near each other, space permitting. Refrigerator rentals are available for an additional charge. Please indicate on your reservation if you want to be housed near someone.

Your registration is not complete until all fees are paid. Registration is recorded on a first-come, first-served Ple ase basis. Some events do sell out, so register early! EARLY-BIRD RSVP DEADLINE IS ON OR BEFORE MAY 18. Walk-ins may not be able to purchase tickets at the door or secure a room – please plan ahead! ALL EVENTS ARE CATERED AND ADVANCE RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED. Confirmation letters and directions will be forwarded upon receipt of your paid reservation. If your registration is received after an event is SOLD OUT, your reservation will be placed on a waiting list and you will be notified immediately. All event rates are per person. Please note early-bird pricing discounts. The amount you pay is determined by the postmark date of your reservation. We encourage faxes and online reservations on our secure Web site: www.oswego.edu/reunion EACH guest must be registered for either the Friday “Come as You Were” BBQ or the Saturday “Family Reunion ” Alumni Dinner to stay on campus. Refund Policy Refunds (minus a $10 processing fee) will be issued only for cancellations received before the Early-Bird RSVP deadline of May 18. There will be NO REFUNDS issued after May 18.
