Spa Policy Spa Arrival To truly appreciate your Spa experience please arrive a minimum of 10 minutes prior to treatment in order to relax and fill out our consultation form. What to bring At the Spa you are provided with a Spa robe for the day with our compliments. We would however recommend that you bring bathing attire as this is a requirement in the unisex thermal area. Spa Cancellation Policy Please allow 24 hours notice to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Any treatments cancelled within 12 hours will result in full payment for services. Spa packages require a notice of 48 hours in order to avoid a 100% treatment charge.

Late arrival will result in your treatment time being reduced or our being unable to honour the appointment. • The Spa is a place of quiet reflection. Your journey begins by being cocooned in a detoxifying wrap and treated to facial and scalp massage. Horizons comprises a luxurious indoor Pool with a modern waterfall feature and bridge; Steam Room, Sauna and Spa Pool which allows Members and Hotel Guests the perfect place to unwind whether it be at the end of a busy day or after a workout in the well equipped gym on the first floor.

Children’s Gym Policy Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the gym.
Childrens Pool Policy Children under the age of 16 are only permitted to use the Pool during the following hours: Children must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 16. Incorporating the latest equipment, our fully qualified Gym Instructors can tailor a fitness programmme to suit your individual needs. All our staff are consistently trained on new fitness concepts enabling us to be at the forefront of the leisure industry. In addition to the gym, personal training can be arranged.
