The Ceremony We are licensed to conduct Civil Ceremonies and have two luxurious rooms to hold the proceedings – The Basing Room can accommodate up to 60 guests, whilst the impressive Hampshire Suite seats up to 250 for your ceremony. This room can also be divided into three smaller rooms, Stratfield, Wellington, and Vyne, to cater for the more intimate wedding ceremonies/receptions.

The Wedding Breakfast The Wedding Breakfast is held in our superb Hampshire Suite. In air conditioned and elegantly designed cherrywood surroundings, up to 180 guests can enjoy your choice from a selection of sumptuous menus, created by our highly renowned Head Chef. Details of our Wedding Menus can be found in the booklet at the back of the brochure.

The Evening Reception The Hampshire Suite allows for up to 250 guests for an evening buffet and drinks. The Hampshire Suite also hosts its own bar and foyer area for use throughout your special day.
