To begin an application for your graduate program, go to https://www.ou.edu/online/admissions.

View the available programs, and click Apply under Option 3.

Answer the questions in Step 1, About You. This includes your personal information, address, citizenship, residency, ethnicity, guardian and military/law enforcement status.

NOTE: To be considered in-state, you must be a financially independent adult permanently residing in Oklahoma and have been continuously present in state for at least one calendar year prior to the first day of class attendance.
