“In my Father’s house are many mansions: If it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you, that where I am, you may be also.” John 14:2
Her Story On October 13, 2015, God whispered “child come on home and take your rest.” Latasha Darlies Miller, was born on October 23, 1977 to Doris Horne and Douglas Milton. She was educated in the Orleans Parish school system, where she graduated from Walter L. Cohen High School in 1995. She accepted Christ at an early age and had a personal relationship with our Father God. Her blessing came in the form of a beautiful baby girl in 1977.
Latasha entered the work force at an early age.
She was a beautiful woman who was loved by many who crossed her path. She had such a big heart and she loved to laugh and always had a joke to share “I Say.”
Latasha met her life partner, Sandra, in 2010.
It was then that a life of love, happiness and blissful days began. On July 27, 2015 she became Mrs. Latasha D. Williams-Miller and proudly proclaimed to everyone, “I’s Married Now.”
Latasha was a great mother / step-mother who loved all of her children.
She spend all the time she could with each of them, from school field trips to just one-on-one love as well.
Latasha shared joy and laughter with many and leaves those and many more memories to be cherished by her loving wife, Sandra; her two daughters, Tashaion Williams and Caylie Miller; her three sons, Corey, Co’be and Codey Miller; her mother, Doris Horne; her siblings, Steafan Horne, Sabrina & Cabrina Williams, Joedallion Horne, Hugh Williams and Chavze Williams; her loving in-laws, Michael, Vanessa, Willie, Curtis, Neal, Kevin, Jackie, Lisa and Catina; one loving god-child, Kyree Washington and a host of other family and friends.
Latasha was preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Mary Miller; her grandmother, Althea Horne and great grandmother, Dorothy Horne.

“Missing Mah Wife” When the day begins with the rising sunlight And I begin to wake up after missing you all night
Thinking of how I used to hold you in mah arms Missing mah wife’s beautiful smile and her angelic charms
Missing mah wife’s beautiful face & looking into her eyes But as time goes on, I’ll remember to look up into the heavenly skies.
You were my friend, mah lover but most of all my wife Heartbreaking to think the day you left changed mah life
Forever holding on to memories so near Never letting a day go by without thinking of you dear.
Love Always, Your Super San
