O
nce, there was a stuffed bunny rabbit who lived in an old toymaker’s house. Unlike the other toys, Bunny was floppy and short of stuffing. That made his shoulders droopy and gave him flat feet.
I think I’m missing out on some stuff, Bunny thought.
His friends tried to lift him up each time he fell down. “Let’s get you up,” Dinosaur said. “We’ll help you bounce back on your feet, Bunny!” Kangaroo said. “Errrm . . . How about a bear hug?” Grizzly asked.
One day, the toymaker’s granddaughter came to visit. Her toy rabbit was plush and nicely stuffed. “I wonder where I can find the stuff that rabbit has,” Bunny whispered to his friends.
