Outdoor For Schools specialise in manufacturing and installing playground equipment, furniture and solutions to enable children to play and learn outside. We are a trading division of A&E Leisure Ltd, a Reading-based manufacturer with our own factory and depots nationwide.

Our play and outdoor equipment is ideal for nurseries, schools and all educational establishments.

This includes EYFS, KS1, KS2 and Secondary.

Designed to inspire and excite, safety and quality matter most at Outdoor For Schools. All our play equipment is manufactured in the UK to comply with EN1176. Many of our products are made from environmentally friendly recycled materials.

WHAT WE DO Outdoor For Schools design play equipment and furniture to inspire and excite children. They include: • Outdoor play equipment – to encourage both mental and physical development • Shade and shelter solutions – to maximise the use of outdoor space all year round • Safety surfaces and fences – to ensure safe play in a defined space • Planters and sandpits – ideal for improving children's fine motor skills • Outdoor accessories – bins, storage and more to enhance the enjoyment of outdoor space • Indoor and outdoor furniture – for dining, learning and relaxing.

LEARN THROUGH OUTDOOR PLAY Our key mission is to help children learn through play by challenging them both mentally and physically.

We promote an active lifestyle for children of all ages and abilities, encouraging them to play in their own individual way and use a different tactic each time.

KEY STAGES IN THE NATIONAL CURRICULUM All our products have been designed to develop the knowledge and skills of children within the predefined Key Stage targets. At Outdoor For Schools we know that the life skills learnt now will set them up for life and that outdoor learning is a key part of this.

COLOUR, SHAPE AND TEXTURE Children love our vibrant colours and the variety of shapes, textures and materials we use. This stimulates imaginations and encourages children to learn through play.

Our sales and project team will visit your school to discuss your requirements in more detail, take a look at your space and measure up so we can send you visuals.

3. CREATE AND DEVELOP YOUR PLAYGROUND

MANAGING YOUR PROJECT

Our 3D design proposals will show you how we transform your space into an area children will love.

Our team will manage every step of your project from design and manufacture, to installation and after-sales service.

4. PLACING YOUR ORDER

INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE Our inspectors visit sites and prepare detailed reports on the condition of your play equipment, highlighting and prioritising any issues related to compliance with European Standards EN1176 and EN1177. To demonstrate due diligence it is recommended that, in addition to your own regular inspections, your play equipment is inspected annually by an external expert.

As well as our own play equipment we repair and maintain all major brands. We also maintain safety surfacing whether it would be wet pour, play bark, rubber matting or bonded rubber mulch.

We'll agree a convenient delivery and installation schedule.

5. MANUFACTURED IN OUR UK FACTORY Our skilled fabricators and project team manufacture and quality check all equipment before it leaves for site.

6. INSTALLATION BY OUTDOOR FOR SCHOOLS STAFF Our in-house team of installers will provide instructions and after-care guidance where necessary to get the most out of your equipment.
