707 East Peach Street, known as Bronken’s Distributing site, is a 2.1-acre site located one block from Outlaw Real Estate Partners’ Wildlands project in the heart of the Northeast Neighborhood in downtown Bozeman. The Grange Residences will be the second vertical development project completed by Outlaw Real Estate Partners within the larger Urban + Farm community. Located on a 2.1-acre site, the development will be the first Single Family Rental community in Bozeman, meeting the demand of young family transplants to Bozeman. The first few residences will be completed and leased in first quarter of 2023, while the remainder will be completed by the end of the year. In 2024, we will refinance the project and plan for a long-term hold.

The Mayfly and Lot 1 sites are also part of the overall Urban + Farm community.
