Safety: Due to the construction in aluminium or steel, classification according to the highest standards in CE normalisation, construction integrated safety installations and the usage of highest grades materials available, the Infinity yachts are one of the safest yachts available on the market. Thanks to our innovative approach and never ending development and engineering, we will maintain this position in the future.
-
Durability: Compared to any fibre glass constructed production yacht, the Infinity has an extended life span because of its construction in aluminium. The aluminium and construction method will last forever if maintained correctly. There will be no influence of the harsh environment on the bodywork when it comes to UV radiation, salt and seawater environment and temperature or condensation influences. Because of the modular interior and Motion Yachts developed “ smart concept, none of the interior structure is structural in the sense of stability and stiffness. Like mega yachts, the Infinity could be given an interior refit after 20 years to start a second life. An interior refit can be considered as the removal of the complete interior and change lay-outs completely. Devaluation in the price of the Infinity cannot be compared to those of fibre glass production yachts which have a 20 year lifespan maximum.
-
Stability: The hull design of the complete range has taken many years of development. The aluminium version is designed as a fast displacement yacht. (non-planing) in combination with the flared bow and round bilged underwater ship, this generates large dynamic stability behaviour in heavy swell and sea conditions.
-
Custom built: Fully customisable to clients wishes and expectations. Where other yacht builders offer interior customisation to a small extend, we offer full custom interiors, exteriors and even engineering. Execution: The standard execution is exceptional on the Infinity yachts. No other yacht manufacturer has such a standard specification list. Not only in amount of equipment included but also in specification of equipment included. Where other yacht builders use minimum sizes and amounts, Motion Yachts uses realistic or oversized equipment more than suitable for the intended purpose. (e.g. anchor weights, bow thruster size, etc.) It would be unusual to do an upgrade from the standard included in the yacht. The standard specifications on the Infinity 601 are included in this Product guide.
-
Quality control: We proud ourselves to build in the highest quality available, to be compared with super yacht builders. To maintain this level of quality, a team from Motion Yachts will visit every yacht at least once a year to do an inspection on sub-contractors, owners or crew maintenance. To prevent failure and detect possible flaws before they arise. Motion Yachts will than obviously inform the yachts management or owner of necessary maintenance.
Key Attributes Infinity 601.
-
Available in Hard Top, Flybridge and Soft Top version, all with a voluminous accommodation. Class leading combination of space, seagoing capabilities, performance and safety. Single level main deck and aft deck intensifying the feeling of space on board. It also increases the user-friendliness and usability of the interior to exterior. The lower deck has 1 staircase and because of construction according to Motion Yachts “smart modular concept”, it can be customised with spacious corridors and cabins.
-
Customisable tender storage: The lazarette, submersible bathing platform, flybridge or bow area can be used for tender storage of production tenders or custom build tenders. Exterior space, extremely wide side decks with high bulwark provide safe access to the bow area which can be optionally equipped with a lowered integrated seating area protected from wind and spray with great views underway or at anchor. The aft deck cockpit is fully enclosed with double sided doors in the superstructure. This makes it a safe area in heavy sea conditions or with kids or pets on board. Also the bathing platform staircases are fully closed by automatic remote controlled hatches.
-
Space: Because of the “smart modular concept” the lower deck space could be compared with a 66 ft. yacht. This shows in the fact that the Infinity 601 lower deck could be fitted with 5 cabins for 10 guests with a double crew quarter with bathroom in addition. The exterior, when opted for the round bow seating area and enlarged fly bridge, could seat a total of 26 guests. These are numbers normally seen only on 70 ft. yachts and above.
-
Light, The hull is equipped with a full length window on both sides. No matter which interior lay-out is opted for, natural light and sense of space will be in every room on the lower deck. Infinity 601 Flybridge arrangements The flybridge lay-out is fully custom.
The Infinity 701 Flybridge can be equipped for tender or jet ski storage.
Also take note of the “Asia specific Fly bridge lay-out shown on the next page of this distributor guide.
This must be taken into account before construction commences. The flybridge has to be structurally reinforced for this purpose.
These are a few samples of the shear possibilities of the fly-bridge purposes.
The same structural reinforces are needed for the installation of a Jacuzzi.
Infinity 601 Lazarette arrangements Besides the standard lay-out of the lazarette as a tender garage and storage room, as displayed on the right, multiple options are available and the lazarette is fully custom. As displayed underneath, Jet ski storage in combination with crew cabin and facilities, indoor patio, additional galley, shower rooms and crew mess are few of many possibilities.
Obviously, customisation for scuba diving gear, fishing gear with chairs, bikes, bicycles, inflatable slides or other water sports gear, or even custom tenders or mini sub marines is possible.

Infinity 601 Equipment Specifications Since every Infinity is a custom built product, it is impossible to standardise an equipment list. All the following listed equipment is standard, budgeted or part of customisation for the Infinity 601. Please note this list is never to be shown to the client but note must be taken to what has been promised to the client as a standard. Most of the technical installations have to be customised and are fully dependant on clients preferred lay-out, purpose of the yacht and area of usage. Equipment stated as standard might have to be increased, enlarged or modified. For the establishment of formal quotations, a full inventory of standard and optional equipment must be made and calculated by Motion Yachts department. Please note that the options are not limited to this list of specifications. Clients special wishes and different ideas can always be discussed.

Infinity 601 Competitors:
Interior: All lay-outs our competitors have inside there similar sized yachts, are suitable on board the Infinity 601. The lower deck has only one stair (level difference) and the full l interior space can be divided as the client wishes. Since the construction is made of aluminium, there are no integral structural bulkheads between the engine room bulkhead and forward collision bulkhead. The average deck head height is between 200 and 210 cm on the lower deck. As shown in our lay-outs, the Infinity 601 is very suitable for a more Asian tinted lay-out with Karaoke and relax rooms. Less cabins and more entertainment.
Exterior: Where all the competition fails on the usability of the aft deck in rainy conditions, the Infinity is designed to offer protection from the elements on the aft deck in the cockpit. The aft deck cockpit and all of its seating will remain dry when opted for the aft deck cover or fly-bridge version. In addition, this could be equipped with side screens against sun, wind and/or rain. The optional forward bow seating area does not exist in any of the similar size yachts from the competition. This area provides privacy when moored stern to in port and it provides coolness at anchor and under way on warm days. Safety is one of our main priorities, hence the Infinity 601 is equipped with wide side decks with high bulwarks and an enclosed aft deck cockpit. Storage locations for deck cushions and toys are integrated in the construction.
Engineering: The standard Infinity is classed to CE normalisation. Where production yachts are developed for European market and cannot be modified to Asian standards because of the changes to be made in the production process, The Infinity has seen an development in design and engineering specialised for Asian conditions. Thoughts must be given to climate, cultural differences and design, usability, sea conditions, etc.
Performance: Where the competition has large engines and high top-speeds, these are planning hulls and less suitable for, especially South China Sea conditions and its ability to change rapidly due to wind and current conditions. The Infinity has the same or even more power available for propulsion but its hull design is made for heavy sea conditions. It is a fast displacement (half gliding) hull with maximum performance around 19 knots. The shape of the hull and the weight of the yacht gives it a feel of solidity and safety when on board in heavy conditions. Where planning hulls have to throw the towel in the ring and stay in port, in some cases for insurance reasons and limited classification, the Infinity can show its through colours.
