t was a moment of joy for both the families of Olukoya and Bioyo as their children, Damilola and Omotola tied the knots in a beautiful Nikkai and traditional wedding ceremony held in Lagos. The event started with the Nikkai process as Islamic clerics were on ground to perform a number of rites. The Imam who joined the couple happened to be Alhaji Imam Jubril Ajanaku who joined them advised the couple to be prayerful and should never cease loving each other. He also took time to outline the responsibilities of marriage and family. The event which was held at 10 Degrees Event Centre was the same place a fun-filled reception was hosted for the many friends and guests that came to share the great occasion with

the couple and their parents. Guests were served delicious meals by Maritas Catering while 19.8 Drinks and Cocktails took care of drinks. As for entertainment, it was handled by the famous Shuga Band led by Akin Tofowomo. The band was at its creative best, dishing out lively tunes that kept the guests excited for hours. The Father of the groom, Comrade Michael Alogba Olukoya, who is the immediate past President of the Nigeria Union of Teachers (NUT) had a large number of his colleagues and fellow comrades in attendance, while the bride's family also had gaily dressed guests who added a touch of colour to the ceremony. It was such an enjoyable occasion.
