Happy New Year! As we bid farewell to another incredible year filled with shared adventures and cherished moments, we reflect on the joy and camaraderie that define our community at Skye Ranch. In 2023, we accomplished remarkable milestones together. Esplanade Resort Experiences launched in the early months of the year, proudly curating the Resort Lifestyle at Skye Ranch. We celebrated the opening of Turner Park in September with a Party in the Park, and our Fitness & Athletics Manager took our community for a walk on our Nature Preserve Trails to highlight the newly completed trails. Vitality Park, your outdoor gym, became accessible to our Members followed shortly after by Esplanade’s Rendezvous Park! We have so much to be thankful for, and yet even more to look forward to in 2024! In the spirit of celebrating our vibrant community, we’ll be featuring Member spotlights in the upcoming magazines. Your experiences make Skye Ranch the extraordinary place that it is, and we want to shine a spotlight on the incredible individuals who make up our Skye Ranch family! icole hails from Lancaster, Pennsylvania and is a diehard Philadelphia sports fan! When the Flyers, Phillies or Eagles aren’t playing, she enjoys concerts and live music, traveling, trying new foods and craft beers, or facetiming her adored two-year old nephew Jett! Nicole has three sisters, one nephew and a niece on the way. She is no stranger to resort-style living, having served in various capacities and communities, and is thrilled to serve as the Lifestyle Manager for Skye Ranch. Nicole is responsible for the development and execution of all the events and activities taking place in the community. Furry Friends Meet Hurricane

LOVED BY DANIELA APPLEGATE Hurricane is a 6-year-old Rottweiler with a birthday on Halloween! The inspiration for my dog’s name came from Hurricane Irma in 2017 when everyone evacuated. I happened to evacuate with a Rottweiler, who is the sweetest, most protective dog, and I knew after that experience that I had to have one. Hurricane gets reprimanded for rolling in mud puddles the most. He loves it! His favorite pastime is getting his belly rubbed and enjoying bones.

A total body conditioning workout where you will be guided through a series of mat exercises with an emphasis on your “core” musculature, which includes your stomach, back, buttocks, arms, and legs.

Yoga focuses on breathing, gentle poses, and exercises for flexibility and balance. Each class follows safe sequences and includes an inspirational theme, warm-up, accessible sun salutation, peak pose, gentle forward bends, neutral twist, low-impact backbends, a cool down, and guided meditation (savasana) to calm the nervous system and relax the mind

TOTAL BODY Thursdays | 7:30 a.m. Turner Park This multi-level full-body workout targets all the major muscle groups. Pure Strength, incorporating cardio and resistance work to an energetic beat to work out the whole body. This workout is designed to contain challenging exercises that will increase strength, decrease body fat, and improve overall conditioning.

Sip and savor as we guide you through selecting a divine wine that harmonizes flawlessly with the rich flavors of your homemade gnocchi dish.
