Your Lifestyle team is excited to share with you the latest edition of the Lifestyle Magazine. Inside each month’s publication, you will receive updates on the Resort Management Team, community happenings, as well as events and activities that are coming up!

We’ve recently welcomed Renee Scott as our Skye Ranch Member Services Coordinator. Renee will be your go-to team member for inquiries such as Member onboarding, street parking passes, gate access, or how to find your HOA documents. Our Member Services Coordinator is a great resource and will gladly find the answers to your questions!

It’s been a gloomy winter and your Lifestyle team is looking forward to longer days with extra sunshine! We’ll be taking Thursday nights back to Turner Park with food trucks scheduled weekly, and live music and trivia night every month. In March, we’ll be hosting Skye Ranch’s Second Annual Egg Hunt as well as Esplanade’s first

Signature Event of the year: Esplanade in Bloom! April is home to “National Pet Day,” so we’re teaming up with Satchel’s Last Resort for a donation drive and Meet & Greet! The Cooking & Cocktail Series also returns to Skye Ranch where we’ll focus on preparing Scallops Two Ways

As you start planning your social calendar for the next few months, please be sure to log onto the community website and register for all events and activities that you’re interested in attending. If you registered for an activity that you are no longer able to attend, simply contact Nicole or Camille to be taken off the registration list. Registrations are important so proper accommodations can be made for our Members. What are some of your hobbies?

Cheerleading (I am also a Competitive Cheer Coach!), sunshine and sunsets at the beach, family boat days, traveling, exploring new adventures, and hiking.

What are some places you have visited?

Switzerland has been the top favorite place so far that I’ve traveled to. More destinations are on the list to explore in the very near future!

What are you most thankful for?

My parents, my boyfriend Mark, my best friend Halee, and my son Easton. I wouldn’t be where I am without them.

Who is your hero?

My father. The world he built around me is the strength that will surround me and truthfully, I am because he is. He’s the kind of man that you always want on your side and I’m lucky to know he is always on mine.

What motivation do you have to work?

My son. I have always had the perfect vision of my future and knew what I wanted it to look like at a certain point in my life. Once my son was born, I knew I wanted to give him the best life overall, and most importantly his childhood. He is my reason and my motivation to never stop learning or growing in my career. As he follows my footsteps through stages of life, I want my dedication and determination to my work to inspire and motivate him in his future work self.

What is your favorite thing about your career?

Building relationships with homeowners and being there to support and guide Members during their move and transition into a new home and chapter of their life. Knowing that I can make a difference in their experience and being one they can always count on, is simply the best feeling.

What is your proudest accomplishment?

I packed up my things after graduating at Florida Gulf Coast University and decided I was moving somewhere new and on my own (destination unknown). I ended up in Nashville, TN and pursued my dreams of becoming a wedding planner and designer on a barn built from the ground up.

Tell us about your pets’ breed, ages and birthdays. Ellie Noel and Sir Sydney (Syd) are five-year-old long haired Chihuahuas. Ellie was born on July 23 and Syd is a rescue.

What are your pets favorite pastimes?

Going for walks and getting to meet and see other furry friends!

What do they get reprimanded for the most?

Nothing … they are perfect pets!

Tell us about the time you welcomed them to their loving home. Ellie was brought by Oscar the Elf at Christmas time. The kids had to go on a scavenger hunt to Orlando and the final arrival destination was Beverly Hills Chihuahua where they met her for the first time. We met Syd three times and went through a lengthy interview process with Underdog Rescue. We finally adopted him a year after bringing Ellie home in January.
