community news
Hello Vitalia! Hello from your new Community Manager! I wanted to introduce myself to you and to let you know how excited I am to be managing your community.
Lisa Cannon CMCA, AMS, PCAM Community Manager lcannon@ evergreen-LM.com 772-800-2506
I was born and raised in Lake Hopatcong, New Jersey. In the early 80’s, I moved to California where I embarked on a 30-year career in real estate finance, property management, construction project management and community management. During my career, I was able to obtain my PCAM certification, which is the highest certificate to achieve in community management through CAI and only 3,000 people in the world have earned this achievement. When the opportunity came up to relocate to Florida, I accepted the position at Vitalia which has allowed me to be closer to my family that live in Florida. During my first few weeks here at Vitalia, I have been able to experience a lightning strike,
a hurricane and preparation for the upcoming transition from a developer board to a homeowner board. I am glad that I will be able to work with your community and help guide you through the transition. Going forward, there will be several meetings that will be held to help you understand the steps of the election process. I have had the pleasure of meeting and working with your committee members who have spent countless hours working on the transition and budget process. In the coming weeks, the meetings will be announced for the upcoming transition. If you ever have any questions or concerns, please reach out to me directly at lcannon@evergreenLM.com or you can call me at 772-800-2506. Please feel free to stop by my office and introduce yourself to me as well. I am looking forward to working with your community to help your Board of Directors maintain, protect and enhance your community.

Line dance is a choreographed dance with a repeated sequence of steps in which a group of people dance in one or more lines or rows, all facing each other or in the same direction, and executing the steps at the same time. Studies have shown line dancing to be a great help in areas of memory, balance and cardiovascular. Plus, it’s fun!

This has been a very popular class! Debbie is offering it in October so many more residents have the opportunity to enjoy this fantastic art form! The Serti technique is an easy way of painting on silk fabric. It’s actually a dye so it doesn’t alter the texture of the fabric; you will still feel the lovely softness of the silk. When it’s finished you can use it as a scarf, mount it on canvas to use as wall art, or have it made into a beautiful pillow. There are so many ways to use this fabulous art form! Class size is limited to 8, so sign up quickly.
