HOA Turnover Checklist Hello from your Community Manager! Below is the State of Florida Official Records Turnover Checklist, which lists the records the developer, Taylor Morrison, is required by law to turn over to the residents as part of the transition process. We have covered this at several Transition Meetings and it is posted on the Vitalia website (VitaliaAtTraditionHOA.com), but thought it would be good to add this to the Vitalia Voice for all to read. As always if you have any questions and/or comments, please do not hesitate to reach out to me.

Staff Spotlight & Putting Winners Meet the New Lifestyles Attendant
Melissa Piotter LCAM Lifestyles Director
Jenny McLaughlin (pictured right) is our newest Lifestyles Attendant. She’s a mother of two beautiful daughters. Jenny was born in North Carolina and her family is originally from the Cayman Islands. Her father served in the U.S. Marine Corp for over 25 years and because of this traveled the world. Jenny moved to the Port Saint Lucie area earlier this year to start a new chapter. When she isn’t baking cookies or decorating cakes in the kitchen, she’s trying very hard not to be the worst pool player in the area. You can reach her at JMcLaughlin@evergreen-LM.com.

Arts & Crafts Acrylic Flow Painting with a Twist Tuesday, September 17th | 9am-12pm | Biscayne Room $24 Per Person (ALL Supplies Included)
This is a class for everyone with amazing results! It doesn’t take any artistic skill and is a simple technique. No painting will be alike even if you use the same colors; each one will be a unique masterpiece. All you need to do is to choose a few of your favorite colors and let the magic begin. This is a different technique than the first flow painting class Debbie did last year. As always, please come in old clothes as paint can be messy. Sign-up begins September 1st by stopping by the front desk.
Fitness Class Schedule Due to space limitations in this month’s newsletter, the list of Fitness Classes has been omitted. You can view the list in August 2019’s Vitalia Voice on pages 6 and 8. If you do not have the hard copy, the newsletter can also be viewed online at VitaliaAtTraditionHOA.com under “Things to Do” > “Newsletter.” Current class schedules are also available in the Captiva Club Lobby.
