TowTrax is a technology enabled roadside assistance service that distributes opportunities to towers and road service providers allowing them to generate considerable income in the most efficient way possible. Our proprietary app was designed by and for the towing industry using state-of-the-art technology to pinpoint the stranded motorist, dispatch the nearest service provider, and put them back on the road, quickly and safely.

different clients and seamlessly pass those opportunities onto our network. 2. Reduces Expenses – By locating the nearest service provider to a breakdown, our process allows our network of service providers to do more tows and services in a day. Most of our services are less than 7 miles, which also saves on fuel and maintenance costs to your fleet. 3. Simple App. – All the service provider needs to do is register their company and have all their drivers download our proprietary app. Once registered, we can immediately start sending service requests to their areas. 4. Quick Pay – TowTrax pays its service providers twice a week through ACH. 5. Fair Pricing – TowTrax pays market rates on all completed services. 6. Dispatch Control – TowTrax has the capability to send tows to the dispatcher to determine driver assignment.

TowTrax app displays the service fee on the phone / website when a dispatch opportunity is sent. Once accepted, TowTrax will pay the tow company directly, via ACH, two times per week. By using TowTrax, service companies will have access to thousands of calls per year.
