The City’s revenues and other sources of funds are allocated to programs, services, infrastructure building and maintenance, and reserves that help ensure our longterm financial sustainability. The Operating Budget supports the Capital Budget and ensures the City’s core service provision and customer service are of the highest priority and quality.
