The sessions are run every Saturday, with registration from 5.45 to 5.55am and meditation from 6 to 6.45am

Meditation Oasis also offers a four-week online meditation course with easy-to-follow instructions and the option of paying extra for email consultations with founders Mary and Richard Maddux. The two authors, life coaches and healers lead the sessions and what makes them different is the use of didgeridoo music, played by Dr Michael himself, to facilitate meditation and clear blocked energy.
