acquires Quality Inn & Suites and Travelodge by Wyndham in Niagara Falls, Ontario

Canadian privately-held investment firm K2 Group today announced the acquisition of Choice Hotel Canada’s Quality Inn & Suites and Travelodge by Wyndham Niagara Falls Lundy’s Lane in Niagara Falls. The deal marks the third and fourth Niagara region hotel in the group’s portfolio.
