• Professional accountancy qualification • Experience and confidence to build and develop a first-class Finance function • Knowledge of UK charity law requirements, and operating internationally from a UK registration • Experience of strategic organisational policy development and implementation • Significant understanding of crafting and implementing a digital strategy across a complex organisation • Knowledge and experience of strategic use of data and leadership of cyber security • Significant people and budget management experience, and a clear understanding of the fundraising aspects of a charity • Experience managing security concerns in organisations • Experience of working in a multicultural setting, in more than one language (ideally Arabic, French, or Spanish), demonstrating understanding of working internationally - a high level of fluency in English is essential • Experience of planning and running multilingual network meetings (online and face to face, ranging from webinars to small conferences) • Experience of managing remote teams
