About Oxford HR

Oxford HR is an executive search and leadership consultancy business, specialising in ‘for purpose’ organisations globally. Although long established (in 1995), it changed ownership at the end of 2016 and has grown rapidly in the past few years, opening offices in Amsterdam, Nairobi and most recently Singapore, in addition to its core UK team in Oxford. Plans are in place to open a US office in 2023 with a feasibility study underway.

The main UK company has subsidiary companies in Nairobi and Singapore, and branch office status in Amsterdam. It now has around 75 staff and Associates working globally from around 20 countries. A culturally diverse business that relies on a collegiate style, welcoming people with enormous expertise as Associates and on the staff team.

The Role

Organisational Effectiveness is an integral and growing practice within Oxford HR, supporting our search team as well as clients directly with our evidence-based approaches to organisational, team, and leadership development, including leadership assessment. Our assessment products, which we deliver virtually, are in growing demand, and our work supporting leadership teams and organisations through change is expanding at pace.

We are now looking for a professionally qualified Organisational Psychologist with experience in psychometric assessments, coaching, and facilitation at a leadership level. The role includes both assessment and development work in equal measure, whilst supporting business development more broadly. The ideal candidate would be comfortable compiling proposals, working in a consulting environment, and will likely work remotely on a full-time basis whilst also having open access to any one of our regional offices in Oxford, Nairobi, Amsterdam and Singapore.

This is a particularly exciting time to join the business as we are experiencing significant growth globally, whilst the role itself presents an opportunity to be part of the early stages of the growth of our organisational effectiveness team. The successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to influence and help shape some of what we offer to clients, particularly in the leadership and team development space, as well as contribute to how we expand our range of assessment products offered.
