The Role As a Senior Consultant specifically focused on our burgeoning Interim client service, you will be experienced in Interim search and the nuances and approaches that come with that. This opportunity is a warm desk; we have conducted marketing campaigns around this service with good response, we have a mailing list of warm contacts and have placed some successful interim candidates recently, but the area now needs focus. As such, the area is an exciting opportunity for the right person to shape it as they see fit. You need to be a strong team player, who also has the ability to thrive independently and be self-driven. You need to be able to handle multiple roles in a fast paced environment and able to comfortably operate with clients at Director level. A strategic thinker, you will be target focused and finance literate. The right person will be UK based, ideally commutable to Oxford (our head office) for one or two days a week, but will have a global focus. You therefore are probably well travelled and culturally aware. A strong affinity to the for purpose sector is an advantage, as is education to a degree level. Oxford HR are very service-oriented and avoid prescriptive approaches. We like to focus, instead, on developing bespoke solutions for our clients and helping them to solve what can often be very complex and challenging organisational effectiveness and recruitment problems and so developing relationships is key to the success of our Consultants.
