OXFORD Ceramic Resistors - Fitting Instructions • • •
If your indicators flash too fast, fit these resistors into the indicator wiring. To establish which model to use, take the wattage of the original indicator, deduct the wattage of the new indicator and chose the resistor with the nearest value (eg: 21W-2W=19W, = part OF373 / 10W-2W = 8W, = part OF374) If the indicator is still flashing too fast after resistor fitment, it may be necessary to add one extra resistor to each side of the motorcycle.

1. Motorcycle fairing or indicator bracket 2. Load balancing ceramic resistor fitted to control flash rate 3. Use the bullet connectors provided or solder wires together and seal with heat shrink tubing 4. Indicator wiring to motorcycle IMPORTANT: Before connecting your indicators please ensure you understand the diagram below. Disconnect the battery before starting work.
