HIGH JACKING THE HEARTLAND

A massive federal land grab is now in progress in 60 counties in Missouri and Arkansas. In 2010, President Obama issued a Presidential Memorandum and named it “America’s Great Outdoors.” This order from the President along with the United States Department of Interior, signed “Secretarial Order #3321”. What this order does, is to develop, maintain and control 25 water sheds in the United States. In May of 2012, the federal government along with state agencies grabbed 7.2 million acres in Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Connecticut, including 2 million acres of PRIVATE PROPERTY & established the first water shed. This watershed is named CONNECTICUT RIVER NATIONAL BLUEWAY. Then, on January 9, 2013, federal agents from the United States Department of Interior hosted a small but important ceremony/news release in Little Rock, Arkansas. The USDA named this second watershed WHITE RIVER NATIONAL BLUEWAY. This massive federal land grab, encompasses 17.8 million acres, including some federal land like Mark Twain National Forest, and other federal reserves, however, much of the remaining land, 21 counties in Missouri and 39 counties in Arkansas, are under PRIVATE OWNERSHIP The counties in Missouri: Lawrence, Barry, Greene, Christian, Stone, Taney, Webster, Douglas, Ozark, Wright, Texas, Howell, Dent, Shannon, Oregon, Iron, Reyonlds, Carter, Ripley, Wayne and Butler. The counties in Arkansas (White River National Blueway): Benton, Carroll, Boone, Marion, Baxter, Fulton, Randolph, Clay, Stone, Izard, Sharp, Lawrence, Greene, Washington, Madison, Newton, Searcy, Independence, Craighead, Poinsett, Jackson, Cleburne, White, Woodruff, Cross, Desha, Phillips, Monroe, Prairie, Franklin, Johnson, Van Buren, Faulkner, Lonoke, St. Francis, Lee, Chicot, Crawford. NOTE: Not ONE elected official, either local, county, state or any private landowners from Missouri knew of this meeting in Little Rock, or were invited to attend, or had prior knowledge of this meeting of January 9, 2013 in Little Rock. END OF NOTE: Nearly 5 months later, freedom lovers in Arkansas send a message to Property Rights Coalition (PRC). They received a message from “Admin” on May 20, 2013 on the White River National Blueway. The first communication by PRC was typed on June 6, 2013. TIME IS CRITICAL. The public comment and petitions to oppose this massive federal land grab of mostly PRIVATE PROPERTY, will end on July 6, 2013, just 9 WORKING days left. If PRC and our county officials, along with private individuals WOULD HAVE had more time, we could have launched a massive campaign to inform the public by using paid advertisements, distributing hand bills, using the internet and using private telephone lines found in every phone directory. We would have had over 200,000 or more signed petitions. On June 13, 2013 Howell County Commissioners hosted a public meeting. Over 100 people attended, including radio talk show host Michael Evans of 107.1 FM. Mr. Evans has been broadcasting this message on Blueway daily. People are listening. Other radio stations in our area have also signed up to broadcast the Blueway message. On June 19, 2013 Howell County News of Willow Springs, printed an article “County Concerned About National Blueway” and distributed 2,500 papers. Springfield-News-Leader is also sending out great articles. I receive the Howell County News in the mail, did some research on the internet, and got involved. I sent out over 2,000 emails to various churches, real estate offices, private parties in Willow Springs, Mtn. View & West Plains, and I signed the petition in Willow Springs. I read from the internet the facts of this federal land grab. I could loose my home, my property, my savings, everything that I have worked, saved and struggled for, for 40 years could be taken away, by some person in Washington, DC, and that’s a fact! I am now going to type in a few sentences from PRC News.Org. If you have internet service, I will provide their website later on. This is for people that DO NOT have the internet. There are many regulations DEVOTED to the farmers of this area. If this is passed, agriculture

will be devastated in Missouri. Quote: “Establish a minimum 180 foot wide vegetative buffer zone along all surface water. A 180 foot buffer around all surface water means all streams, seeps, marshes, rivers, ponds and lakes.” My problem is this, I have a small pond in the rear of my home, and a larger one in the front. That 180 foot buffer zone in the rear of my home would end in my kitchen and the 180 foot buffer zone in the front of my home would end up in my living room. I could not even access my home, and that’s the gospel truth. This advertisement in the HORSE TRADER (Over 40,000 readers and viewers each week) will cover 16 counties: Missouri - Wright, Texas, Shannon, Douglas, Howell, Ozark, Oregon, Carter and Ripley.
