classroom for childrens and adults. Some of the workshops related with carpark such as bicycle program. In the area where the land is located, there is a very clear distinction between public and private. It continues in the form of this building. The building basement has two separate entrances for public and private spaces. Although there are two entrances, there is also a staircase that connects them especially for activists. The entrance of all housing unit is from the first floor and they all provide circulation from their inside. Shifted boxes use each other’s roofs as terraces, and this is make possible to every housing unit has a terrace.

While placing these boxes, the height of one of the masses in the public area was made 1 meter higher than the other, and the privacy between the houses was ensured without closing the south facade. The courtyard like space provides get sunlight, air circulation and a similar view from every housing unit.

While creating the form, it was aimed to maximize sunlight. A courtyard like space which is in the middle of the building helps to maximize sunlight. The masses on the south were placed with the aim of get light to the every house in every season. A folded plate roof was used. Roof windows were designed to receive sunlight. High roof windows were opened on the roof of the house at 0.00 level. Pergola was used to make the terrace use of the houses more functional. A pergola was designed that allows it to pass light instead of a solid pergola. Thus, the windows behind it did not cut both the view and the sun. Public spaces were placed one meter apart. This settlement was made according to the

functions of public spaces. The conference hall was placed in the area that take the least daylight. The classroom and workshop area were placed in the area that take daylight. Building’s structure starts with concrete with the basement floor

and half of the ground floor and it continues steel frame system for the other floors. Steel frame system was chosen because building has some cantilever parts. The facade of the building can get much sun from the south. There are large windows on this facade to make maximum use of the sun. However, the summers are hot in the region. So it may be a problem to get lots of sun in summer. For this reason, it was deemed appropriate to have a louver system on this facade. There are many wooden houses around the building, and also these wooden houses are found across the neighborhood.

This wooden reference was used in blinds and pergolas in this building built with a new intervention. The building has a solid concrete mass, and the use of wood helped to break it. The designed louver system was intended to give users flexibility. Therefore, a louver system that can be used in various ways was designed.

In this project, the cabins are designed for a specific purpose. According to this design, furniture was chosen and the materials of the cabin were selected. The selected materials are applied to this container. Render was taken using the V-ray program. Final works edited in Photoshop with the help of the Material ID and Denoiser.

structure detail Parametrdeck is designed for the winter garden which is not used by students frequently, in the hangar and based on the idea of creating a liveable environment. For a different and fun structure to attract attention in the hangar, which has a monotononeand boring order, form is designed as an organic structure. Parametrdeck is designed by creating indoor and outdoor spaces both above and below forms a comfortable transition with an uninterrupted circulation.
