OUR IMPACT

Young People

We evolved our educational provision for young people at RPT to offer:

• Homework Club digitally online.

• Video sessions for our parents and carers support group and our Amplify creative arts programme.

• Digital-inclusion sessions for parents, children and young people.

People Shaping P3

We ensure the people we work alongside are equal partners in shaping the services we deliver.

• P3 People’s Board continues to shape P3 to deliver impact and excellence across all services.

• Our new People’s Standards assess the ‘feel’ of a quality service.

Housing

Right now we are on track to deliver 250 homes for people who have been through a tough time:

• 117 properties are purchased across Gloucestershire, Lincolnshire (including 26 properties in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire as part of the regeneration of the town) and Wolverhampton.

• 133 properties are underway for the year ahead.

These properties will ensure the people we work alongside can live and thrive in safe and comfortable longterm homes.

Homelessness

We scaled-up our homelessness services and expanded into new areas.

• P3 Stoke was launched! With funding from the Rough Sleeping Accommodation Programme, we joined with Stoke-on-Trent City Council to offer 15 comfortable and safe places to stay across the city with link worker support for people who have been homeless.

• P3 Cambridgeshire successfully piloted and secured the continuation of its Street Outreach team after the initial phase.

Advice

Pressure from the cost of living crisis meant our free advice services needed to grow to meet an increased demand. Here access to the right advice can be the difference between someone maintaining or losing their home:

• P3 Peterborough launched a new enhanced advice service to deliver the right bespoke support for people with complicated lives who have experienced homelessness.

• P3 Derbyshire expanded to offer out-of-hours helpline advice and support for people experiencing homelessness.

Colleagues

Employment and skills training was delivered to young people aged 16–24 when P3 acted as a gateway for eight charities and CICs to access the Government’s Kickstart apprentice scheme:

• 118 placements were offered, comprising 60 placements within P3 and a further 58 placements across the partnership

• 75 young people now have permanent jobs, including 40 with P3, which is fantastic.
