WHAT’S AHEAD

• We will deliver our strategy: Somewhere to live, someone to love and something to do. We will provide safe and comfortable housing, form positive community relationships and enable access to education—developing skills for employment and volunteering.

• We will build our property portfolio delivering more and better homes for people experiencing homelessness.

• P3 Housing will develop strong local relationships within the communities where development is taking place.

• We will purchase a further 133 homes for the people we work alongside, comprising 39 properties in Wolverhampton, 55 in Lincolnshire, 27 in Gloucestershire and 12 in Derbyshire.

• We will deliver 110 homes in Gainsborough as part of our regeneration project to reduce absent landlord exploitation, increase the number of affordable homes and incentivise local landlords to improve their properties.

• We will expand our specialised mental health services, providing people in Leicester City and Rutland with access to tailored advice, guidance and support.

• We will work in partnership with Nottinghamshire County Council to provide a accommodation and support service for young parents in Mansfield and Sutton-in-Ashfield.

• We will expand our specialised hoarding services, providing support for more people in the communities we serve.
