01. Facade refurbishment of Antiguo Colegio de la Seda
and the canopy of Mercado Central. (Valencia)
In the facade, it is carried out a pathology and stratigraphic research whose conclusions will give some patterns for the refurbishment. In the other case, for the canopy, it is done a geometric and digital work that allows to reproduce any part and replace some damaged piece.
02. Refurbishment of a hydro-electrical central in BuĂąol.
(Valencia)
From a thorough research of the building, that includes raising historical, constructive, pathological and stratigraphic information, it is proposed a transformation project. This project respects the nature of the building being adapted to a new use as a public exposition space.

03. Public library in Cabecera Park.
(Valencia)
The requirement of this project is to design a building for a public library taking advantage of the hill side in Cabecera Park. The building has to be buried in a 90%, being illuminated by few excavations in the ground, through windows or skylights on the roof. The final result is great spaces where the presence of the natural light is the protagonist.
04. Apartments for students in El Camen neighbourhood.
(Valencia)
Apartments for students in Barri del Carme. The aim of the project is to create a complex for university students in an empty plot in a urban-consolidated area. The program includes, besides the apartments, attached spaces like a cafe, library, laundry service and exterior spaces for leisure. The main target of this project is the integration with the neighbourhood and the green axis that configures the park.
05. Roof for paddle courts in Polytechnic University.
(Valencia)
The aim of this project is to cover two of the four paddle court located in the University. By using a parametric tool as grasshopper, it is designed a roof to control the light and protect from the rain. This roof is made of tubular steal profile, taut cable and hexagonal glass pieces. In addition, it is designed the furniture using the same digital tool.

06. Workshop about Intergenerational Social Housing.
(Valencia)
Housing workshop carried out in the University by teamwork. It is made a study of the social housing in Spain from it origin to the current typologies. In a plot located in a closed block, with a huge vegetation, it is aimed different projects that responds to apartments for rent typology for young and old people according to the present way of living. The aim of this project is to ease the intergenerational cohabitation collaborating between them.

07. Isover Multi Comfort House competition.
Architectural competition for students by Isover that proposes regenerate an industrial obsoleted area in Nottingham, UK. This project tries to be a response to the current housing requirements in the city by adapting the surrounding public space. For this aim it is crated either new buildings or refurbished the out-dated industrial ones becoming in spaces for the public interest.

08. Layouts for competitions. 3D modelling and rendering.
By the using of digital tools, it is made layouts for competitions and presentations, trying to be attractive to the spectator. In an architectural project, the graphic design may not be the most important part, but could be decisive in competition or presentation to customers.

09. Final Project. Musical Production Centre.

Located a plot in a new-growing urban area in the city, in a limit between the field and the urban scene of Valencia. It is proposed a cultural public building with one auditorium for 400 people one multi-purpose auditorium for 200 people, musical school, library, cafe, and apartments. The project expects to join both urban realities responding to the demanded typology. It includes a deep research either facade facing or it treatment according to the sun light. Furthermore, it is done an acoustic analysis for the musical rooms.
The result is, therefore, a project that returns city to the city by the architecture. It hope to be an important part in the city but no in a presumptuous way, but rather behaving like it and implicating with it

10. Detached house surrounded by pines. Casa Mari Mari.
Luxury house located in a forest in Ibiza. The owner demands big spaces, nonetheless being compatible with the natural environment. The strict regulations in the island and the strong determining factors like topography and views, produce as a result a house integrated in the landscape with a formal treatment similar to the local traditional architecture. Large outside spaces are configured in the same procedure, between the domestic use and the natural scenery.

11. Detached house. Casa El Palmeral.
House positioned in a residential area in Ibiza. The requirements are extensive interior spaces, continuous, with panoramic views to the sea, but protected form intense solar radiation. As a result of the preconditions and the local regulations, it is made a house in the shape of “L� in whose union are located the vertical communication between the floors

12. Detached House. The round house.
The owner of the house wanted to built his house according to the views. When we saw the plot we noticed there was many pines trees in the middle, with huge proportions, so we decided to included in the protect being the nexus of the house and located in a yard. The facade are closed in these parts that are not good for views, or orientations and opened in others that are important but protected of the intense solar radiation. The house, has a curious round shape, but all the furniture are standard and the spaces work like in a conventional house. Two platforms connect the parts of the house either in ground floor or first floor, being terrace and porch.

13. 35 subsidized housing
Architectural public competition consisting on social housing in a urban limit in the city of AlmerĂa, in a parcel that performs as a nexus between the different urban plans. It is proposed a project in a closed block but removing part of it to allow the air circulation, natural illumination and views, being equal in all the apartments. Using the same procedure for every house, we can reduce costs and constructive systems, what allows increasing the quality of the user. First prize.

14. Refurbishment of Outpatient clinic in HellĂn.
Intervention in an obsoleted outpatient clinic. The building is placed in a historical urban area. Because of it location and configuration is worth to respect some of the original elements. The restoration claim the creation of continuous common spaces, where the large views and the illumination are the key. Those spaces using by the medical personnel has to be versatile, standing the test of the time and allowing the future sanitary demands. Second prize.

15. Refurbishment and extension of Fontecha House
for Realistic Art Museum.
Public architectural competition for the adaptation of a historic residential house for a museum of art. For the change of use it is demanded as a refurbishment of the original building as a new reconfiguration of the garden for exhibit some art pieces. The design conserves every constructive element with interest, but configuring the spaces for a public use: accessibility, lighting, humid control... The garden could be used for organizing events, and exhibition of some big size sculptures and for a cafe.

16. Pre-school and primary school centre in Casas IbaĂąez
Public competition for the creation of a school in the same parcel where are located one existing. The project has to satisfy the new demands and allow the simultaneous use with the current school while the constructive works. The new building is created in a systematic form by the use if a repetitive structure for the class separated with some courtyards. Second prize.

17. Social and leisure area for residential Ciudad Olimpo.
Private competition for the design of a communal outside space in a residential complex. The requirements included a leisure area, one pool for adults and one for children, and a green zone. In addition, has to solve the entrance of the whole complex and design the connection with every building. First prize. Currently in project.

18. Multicultural centre in Benitachell
Public competition about a Multicultural centre in the main square of Benitachell, Alicante. The building are located in an empty plot in a consolidated area, but surrounded by buildings of different height. For this reason, the project tries to give an answer to the urban context. The program included an auditorium for 400 people, a cafe, dressing rooms, parking lot, storage... The project are focused in offering infinite possibilities, for example, the auditorium could be used outdoors, indoors or both, just opening the stage, the cafe are totally independent so it could be open while the rest of the building are closed. Mention.
