With a presence in the country for more than 30 years, Freixenet México, is the main producer of sparkling wine in Latin America. Positioning itself in the first place of winetourism destination on the Route of Art Cheese and Wine of Querétaro, Mexico. The constant work of FINCA SALA VIVÉ team has shown continuous and productive growth in the wine industry and the wine tourism. That’s why we present the architectural expansion and remodeling scheme necessary for a comprehensive project.

Freixenet México generates more than 60 permanent - type jobs in the tourism sector alone, offering a variety of unique experiences that bring visitors closer to the world of wine. Among them the UVA BUS and a carriage ride through the vineyards.

The average number of daily visitors is approximately 350 - 400 people, 90% of whom participate in a wine tourism activity and get their glass of wine in the degustation point. The passage through the store is enforced because most of the people want to take a wine home to extend their experience. The annual wine sale in our store is 270,000 bottles and we hope to exceed these numbers with the 2020 renovations.

In the main event of Finca Sala Vivé in 2019, 6,000 people per day were received; leaving an economic spill of approximately 100,000 euros. The number of visitors that Finca Sala Vive has achieved makes the growth of its infrastructure necessary. Proposing a modern and technologically sustainable architectural project.

The second open-air esplanade is a space surrounded by vineyards which has a capacity of 400 people. Ideal to celebrate an unforgettable event with family and friends: weddings, birthdays, anniversaries. The emblematic paella festival takes place annually in thisspace.
