Graduated as an architect in ETSAM, Polytechnic University of Madrid. During my study years I have discovered a different way of perceiving life and the world around me through architecture. A sensitive look which has turned me into a creative and thoughtful person with concerns and admiration for art and design.
Graduado como Arquitecto por la ETSAM, Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. Durante mis años de estudio, he descubierto una manera diferente de percibir la vida y el mundo que me rodea a través de la arquitectura. Una mirada sensible que me ha convertido en una persona creativa, detallista y con inquietudes y admiración por el arte y el diseño.
Thanks to the versatility of this discipline I have been developing qualities that have allowed me to face new architectural challenges looking for decisive and imaginative solutions. I have been lucky to transfer them outside of the academic field by conducting various competitions.
Gracias a la versatilidad de esta disciplina he ido desarrollando cualidades que me han permitido enfrentarme a nuevos retos arquitectónicos buscando soluciones resolutivas e imaginativas, que he tenido la suerte de trasladar fuera del ámbito académico, mediante la realización de varios concursos.
Through the work dynamics acquired in the academic world, I enjoy working both as a multidisciplinary team and individually, in addition to handling work situations under pressure and with short deadline times, also strengthened in the practice of competitions.
A través de las dinámicas de trabajo adquiridas en el mundo académico disfruto trabajando tanto en equipo como de manera individual, además de manejar situaciones de trabajo bajo presión y con plazos cortos de entrega, también reforzados en la práctica de concursos.
Despite having developed all kinds of projects, I feel special interest in those projects that incorporate a social aproach, reuse as a goal from the different materials to the building itself, blioclimatic architecture and its energy implication, as well as ephemeral interventions.
A pesar de haber desarrollado toda clase de proyectos, siento especial interés por aquellos que incorporan un enfoque social, la reutilización como objetivo, desde los distintos materiales al propio edificio, la arquitectura bioclimática y su implicación energética, así como las intervenciones efímeras.

From the Portuguese colonies and unloaded in the port of Lisbon, coffee arrived in Portugal in the 18th century, becoming one of the most famous products of its culture. As of today, this country is one of the main consumers in the world. Nevertheless, the big ecological problem that their waste generates for the environment is unknown.
Desde las colonias portuguesas y descargado en el puerto de Lisboa, el café llegó a Portugal en el siglo XVIII, pasando a convertirse en uno de los productos más célebres de su cultura. A día de hoy, este país se sitúa en uno de los principales consumidores. Sin embargo, se desconoce el gran problema ecológico que generan sus residuos para el medio ambiente.
Taking advantage of current 3D prototyping techniques, the possibility of using this waste is integrated for printing a new material from coffee, which behaves in a similar way to traditional ceramics.
Apropiándose de técnicas actuales de prototipado en 3D, se integra la posibilidad de utilizar estos residuos para imprimir un nuevo material a partir del café, que se comporta de manera similar a la cerámica tradicional.
The project is housed in the old public barn, a historic port building, located in the limit between the Alfama neighborhood and the banks of the river Tagus, generating an architectural barrier. It is proposed a project where it takes place the collection, the experimentation, self-construction and mass production of 3D printing parts from this new material. The intervention is organized in two fundamental levels: at street level, in the lower part, the building is an extension of the public space through a reinforced concrete arcade, where the logistics processes are also developed. On the other hand, an upper level, where the 3D pieces are printed and assembled, inserting a new order with different paths.
El proyecto se alberga en el antiguo granero público, un edificio histórico portuario, situado en el límite entre el barrio de Alfama y la ribera del río Tajo. Se propone un proyecto donde se produce la recogida, la experimentación, la autoconstrucción y la producción en serie de piezas de impresión 3D a partir de este nuevo material. La intervención se organiza en dos niveles fundamentales: a cota de calle el edificio se convierte en una extensión de espacio público, mediante una arquería de hormigón armado, donde además se desarrollan los procesos logísticos. Por otro lado, un nivel superior, donde se ensamblan y se imprimen las piezas 3D, insertando un nuevo orden con diferentes recorridos.
The disolution of the public space and the means of production promote an unprecedent and creative exploration of the urban environment. A project which generates a new circular economy and which functions as a meeting place, active and spatially dynamic for the Lisbon public.
La disolución del espacio público y los medios de producción fomentan una exploración inédita y creativa del ámbito urbano. Un proyecto que genera una nueva economía circular y que funciona como un lugar de encuentro, activo y espacialmente dinámico para el público lisboeta.

COFFEE RESIDUES ARE A PROBLEM
Lisbon’s strategic position made the city the queen of the oceans, with a wide range of trade routes. The arrival of ships with commodity gave rise to the construction of buildings, streets, warehouses and docks for the development of maritime trade. This is the case of the old public grain warehouse, with direct access to the sea. A definite boundary was built between the coast and the sea. This architectural barrier caused the separation of Alfama with the river. THE RESIDUE IS NOW THE PRODUCT Coffee grounds are treated as waste and not as a resource. It is necessary to transform them so that they have a useful life beyond their decomposition in rubbish dumps.

Portugal is one of the main coffee consumers in the world. It is estimated that they drink 2,2 cups of coffee per person and per day, which is the same as 4,3 kg of coffee in a year. In the year 2020 the metropolitan area of Lisbon generated 10.000 tons of waste that ended up in the dumping sites. The descomposition of this waste generated 3.400.000 m3 of methane. After a detailed analysis of coffee consumption by neighborhoods, a total of six logistic collection routes are estabilished depending of the distances for going throgh as many coffee shops as possible. All this routes go to one point, the Celeiro Publico, a grain store located in Terreiro do Trigo, a big building with three floors, 110 meters long, 30 meters wide, built in 1756.

When the pieces are printed and assembled in the upper level the introduction of a new order comes up in a volume with a preexisting stiffness, creating an unusual and heterogeneous experience and experimenting with the technical, aestethic and mechanical possibilities of this material in construction. Different clusters are generated, playing with the exterior and interior condition of the space. They come together in a succession of uses, such as coworking spaces or urban exhibitions, turning interstitial spaces into new experimental possibilities. A corporate machine for the city. The pieces are divided into parts which are assembled at the same time as they are printed by the overhead crane. Taking advantage of the need to reinforce the pieces with concrete, the vertical connections are made by anchor bolts. Below: longitudinal section

#01 The pieces are supported by precast concrete perimeter beams located on the slab, which works as a ventilated walkable roof. This roof has circular perforations as a skylights, for the entry of natural light in the lower level. The connections between the pieces are made by metal doors embedded in them.

Two types of spaces are distinguished. On the one hand, the programmatic one, and on the other hand a space dedicated to the production and dissemination, where the goal is the public presentation for generating an innovative spatial interpretation. The disolution of the public space and the means of production promote an unprecedented and creative exploration of the urban environment. A project that functions as a meeting place, active and spatially dynamic for the lisbon public. The accesses to the upper level are located in the interior of the pieces. Tupperwarehouse is a project that arises from the analysis in La Manga of food waste in the hotel sector, being Spain the seventh country in the world that wastes the most food.
Tupperwarehouse es un proyecto que surge del análisis en La Manga sobre el desperdicio de alimentos en el sector hotelero, siendo España el séptimo país del mundo que más alimentos desperdicia.
A food recovery strategy is proposed, for products that still can be used, with a logistic collection and transport system in the different hotel points. The system is developed in one of the sleeping architectures most representative in La Manga, the hotel Lagoymar, an architecture structure that has been abandoned and can be used again for its reactivation.
Se plantea una estrategia de recuperación de alimentos que todavía pueden ser utilizados a partir de un sistema logístico de recogida y transporte en los diferentes puntos hoteleros. El sistema se desarrolla en una de las arquitecturas dormidas más representativas de La Manga, el hotel Lagoymar, arquitecturas que han sido abandonadas y que pueden ser utilizadas para activarlas de nuevo.
It is intended to generate a phased system in which the product is the main protagonist, generatin a program around it, carrying out a serie of interventions which allow to adapt the new program to the existing structure, dividing the space in a server use and a served use, the machine and the parasite. The products travel arround the building through a tubular belt system in the envelope, for the later storage developed in the three wings with different ways, depending on the coservation characteristics of each product. The program includes too a gastronomy space with degustation places, a market and cooking workshops.
Se pretende generar un sistema por fases en los que la mercancía es la principal protagonista generando el programa en torno a ella, realizando una serie de intervenciones que permiten adaptar el programa en la estructura existente, dividiendo el espacio en un uso servidor y otro servido, la máquina y el parásito. La mercancía recorre el edificio a través de un sistema de cintas tubular en la envolvente, para su posterior almacenaje, desarrollado en las tres alas de forma diferente según las características de conservación de los distintos alimentos. El programa incluye, además, un espacio gastronómico junto al mercado y talleres de cocina.
The upper level is crowned with housing plans, designed in function of the domestic logistics. Furthermore, the project has a green roof which is accessible for people, contributing to the city with a public meeting space.
La cota superior está coronada por plantas de vivienda, diseñadas en función de la logística doméstica. Además, el proyecto cuenta con una cubierta vegetal accesible a los ciudadanos, aportando a la ciudad un espacio de encuentro.

The land-fill technique is carried out in USA for the reconstruction of the equivalent landscapes, landscapes that due to human action over the territory have been lost and have to be rebuilt. This technique is a method of gaining land from the sea. That is to say, to generate new territories that can be walked on in the sea.
La técnica del “land-fill” es llevada a cabo en EEUU para la reconstrucción de los paisajes equivalentes, paisajes que debido a la acción del ser humano sobre el territorio se han perdido y tienen que ser reconstruidos. Esta técnica consiste en ganar terreno al mar. Es decir, generar nuevos territorios pisables en el mar.
Numerous stone extraction activities were carried out in the city of San Sebastian. This caused a big deforestation of the territory. To fight it, they began to plant a pine tree specie which turned out to be endemic against the native mixed forest of the area, formed by oaks, ashes and beeches. Furthermore, it is a zone with a big touristic demand, which has acelerated the desaparition process of this species in the territory due to the real estate expansion, getting bigger and bigger.
En la ciudad de San Sebastián se llevaron a cabo numerosas actividades de extracción de piedra, lo que causó una gran deforestación del territorio. Para combatirlo, se empezó a plantar una especie de pino que resultó ser endémica frente al bosque mixto característico de la zona, formado por robles, fresnos y hayas. Además, se trata de una zona de alta demanda turística, lo que ha acelerado el proceso de desaparición de estas especies sobre el territorio debido a la expansión inmobiliaria.
Therefore, this project proposes using the land-fill technique the regenertion and the reconstruction of this mixed forest that the real estate has stolen to the city. For this, it is projected from the floor plan generating a cirular structures field that, taking as reference the industrial water tanks, vary dependind on the diameter and height, allowing to host the different programs which make possibe the proliferation of the new landscape returned to the city of San Sebastián.
Así, este proyecto propone mediante la técnica del land-fill no solo la regeneración, sino la reconstrucción de este bosque mixto que la propiedad inmobiliaria ha robado a la ciudad. Para ello se proyecta desde la planta generando un campo de estructuras circulares que, tomando como referencia los tanques industriales de agua, varían en función de su diámetro y altura, permitiendo albergar los distintos programas que posibilitan la proliferación del nuevo paisaje devuelto a la ciudad de San Sebastián.

After the analysis of Durand’s architecture at the beginning of the course and through his plans, the structure of a prison is taken as reference for the development of the project. In this way, the design responds to the image of a prison, not only with the idea of closing the buliding around a courtyard, also making reference to the programmatic organization of the additive volumes and to the structural grid of pilars, walls or arches which organize the space and determine the constructive system.
Tras el análisis de la arquitectura de Durand al inicio del curso y a través de sus plantas, se toma como referencia la estructura de la prisión para el desarrollo del proyecto. Así, el diseño responde a la imagen de una prisión, no únicamente en la idea de cerrar el edificio en torno a un espacio central, sino haciendo referencia a la organización programática de sus volúmenes aditivos y a la retícula estructural de pilares, muros o arcos que organiza el espacio y determina el sistema constructivo.
It has been used a layering system, both vertical and horizontal, playing with different levels and estabilishing different types of connections between each of them, superficial and underground. In this way, the project is divided in two diffferent parts. On the one hand, six light and metallic towers, that evoke the control points of a prison, correspond to the private area of the project, dedicated to student housing. On the other hand, the lower layers of reinforced concrete correspond to the public area: longitudinal pavilions that sew the towers dedicated to leisure and to the sport public installations and the different accesses created for each of the housing towers.
Se ha utilizado un sistema de superposición de capas, tanto vertical como horizontal, jugando con diferentes niveles y estableciendo diferentes tipos de conexiones entre cada uno de ellos, superficiales y subterráneas. De esta manera, se divide el proyecto en dos partes. Seis torres metálicas y ligeras, que evocan a los puntos de control de una prisión, corresponden al área privada del proyecto, dedicadas a viviendas de estudiantes. Por otro lado, las capas inferiores, de hormigón armado, corresponden al área pública: pabellones longitudinales que cosen las torres dedicados al ocio y a las instalaciones deportivas y los diferentes accesos creados para cada una de las torres.
In the central void of the project the initial rigid structure id the prison is broken, leaving a free space open to the landscape, mixed with the city and estabilishing visual relations with it.
En el vacío central del proyecto se rompe la estructura rígida inicial de la prisión, dejando un espacio libre abierto al paisaje, mezclándose con la ciudad y estableciendo relaciones visuales con la misma.

The six towers of the projet are apparently the same, but they have been designed different entrance spaces for each of them, playing with the different sesations that spaces produce. The disposition of this elements which are on the first level allows to create an interior landscaped space dedicated to leisure and rest, opened to the city and breaking the original structure.

The project consist in a music festival located in Tessaout Valley. It is a small scale festival, an hybrid between bereber culture and occidental culture, organizated in three areas depending of the activity: day zone, afternoon area and night area, temporarily contributing a cultural and leisure focus in the villages and fostering the developing of different iniciatives, increasing the spread of tradition and the social relations with valley inhabitants.
El proyecto consiste en la realización de un festival de música en el valle del Tessaout. Un festival a pequeña escala híbrido entre cultura bereber y occidental organizado en tres zonas: la zona de día, la zona de tarde y la zona de noche, aportando temporalmente un foco cultural y de ocio a los pueblos y fomentando el desarrollo de iniciativas culturales, incrementando la propagación de la tradición y las relaciones con los habitantes del valle.
The value of the project resides in the conservation of the village essence in which it is settled. Therefore, it is developed an easy to build architecture, adaptable construction to similar situations, economic and able to host the different types of activities. For example, the workshops. This structures are also used as housing for artist participating in the music festival, and at the end of this, the houses can be there for other tourist people or residents. The main element are the berber fabrics, which work as union and identity element with the village. This fabrics are fabricated during the period before the festival by women in the village, giving them a remunerated job and enhancing the economy of the area.
El valor del proyecto reside en la conservación de la esencia del pueblo en el que se asienta. Por ello, se desarrolla una arquitectura fácil de construir, adaptable, económica y capaz de albergar diferentes tipos de actividades en ella, como talleres. Estas estructuras también son utilizadas como vivienda para los artistas que participan en el festival, y tras la finalización de este permanecen para otros visitantes o residentes. El elemento principal son las telas bereberes, que funcionan como elemento de unión e identidad con el pueblo. Son fabricadas durante todo el periodo anterior al festival por las mujeres de los propios pueblos, proporcionándoles un trabajo remunerado que mejora la economía de la zona.
Next to the village it is located the musical space and in the river bank the camping area. For the design of the infrastructures and the stage it has been followed the pop-up mechanism. It has drop down elements, favoring the easy transport and contributing with a simple and original design, using the festival characteristics fabrics.
Próxima al pueblo se encuentran el espacio musical y a las orillas del río el de acampada. Para el diseño de todas las infraestructuras y escenarios se ha seguido el mecanismo pop-up. Cuentan con elementos desplegables, de forma que favorecen su fácil transporte y aportan un diseño sencillo y original, utilizando las telas características del festival.

The project is located in an area occupied by an industrial building, an old market which creates a barrier in the connection of the areas of Legazpi and Madrid Rio. The main idea of the project is to create a permeable space, where the structure of the original building is crossed by several pedestrian walkways, connecting different points around these areas and breaking this barrier.
El proyecto se localiza en un área ocupada por un edificio industrial, un antiguo mercado que genera una barrera en la conexión entre Legazpi y Madrid Río. La idea principal del proyecto es crear un espacio permeable, donde la estructura del edificio original es atravesada por pasarelas peatonales, conectando los diferentes puntos y rompiendo esta barrera urbana.
The classic game Falling Down, a game where a marble falls through different levels until it reaches and end, has been taken as reference. As in the game, we find two elements, the individuals (the marbles) and the building itself (the game board). A continuous route where urban, working and housing uses are mixed.
Se ha tomado de referencia el clásico juego Falling Down, en el cual una canica cae a través de diferentes niveles hasta llegar al final. Como en el juego, encontramos dos elementos, los individuos (las canicas) y el edificio en sí mismo (el tablero de juego). Un camino continuo donde espacio urbano, de trabajo y vivienda están mezclados.
The building has two floors, and the connection between both is made through ramps. The ground floor is dedicated to public space, with different fragments of Madrid Rio because of the proximity. The housing is based on a radical living model, which is organized in modules that can be moved transforming the space in order to answer to the different necessities. This modules work with the mechanism of the library’s mobile archive, and cover the main functions of housing, such as a living room space, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom.
El edificio tiene dos plantas, y la conexión entre ambas se realiza mediante rampas. La cota inferior se destina a espacio público, con diferentes fragmentos de Madrid Río debido a su proximidad. La vivienda está basada en un modelo de vivienda radical, la cual se organiza en módulos que pueden ser desplazados transformando el espacio en función de las diferentes necesidades del usuario. Estos módulos funcionan como el mecanismo de los archivos móviles de las bibliotecas, y cubren las principales funciones de la misma, salas de estar, habitaciones, cocina y baños.

The first floor is where the different uses of the building are located. We can find various types of apartments, offices and sport areas. The routes are made of piezometric floor, composed by a mineral which generates energy when people put pressure on it with their steps. This energy is used for illumination.

We present our project, entitled 50x50: La plaza fragmentada, to the competition for the selection of a proposal in La Llosa neighborhood that, through architecture, art and urban design, generates social and cultural integration, as well as an environment open and attractive for the population of Ferreros.
Presentamos nuestro proyecto, titulado 50x50: La plaza fragmentada, al concurso para la selección de una propuesta en el Barrio de la Llosa que, a través de la arquitectura, el arte y el diseño urbano, genere integración social y cultural, así como un entorno abierto y atractivo para la población de Ferreros.
The project starts from a primary idea that rise up from the approach to the concept of public space. Since the emergence of the first populations, the square has become the main manifestation of public space and on account of exchange and social integration. After asking ourselves about the essential elements in a square, the idea was born of fragmenting and dispersing the pieces that make it up in an atomized intervention that takes over the public space and the remains of the neighborhood. Sports spaces, benches, shady areas, vegetation or water points, are some of the elements that cannot be missing in any square and that, through a chromatic, multifunctional and systematized intervention, we move to the interstitial spaces of the residential area of La Llosa.
El proyecto parte de una idea primaria que surge del planteamiento del concepto de espacio público. Desde la emersión de las primeras poblaciones la plaza se ha convertido en la principal manifestación de espacio público y, con ello, de intercambio e integración social. Tras preguntarnos acerca de los elementos imprescindibles en una plaza, nace la idea de fragmentar y dispersar las piezas que la componen en una intervención atomizada que se adueña del espacio público y el trazado del barrio. Espacios deportivos, bancos, zonas de sombra, vegetación o puntos de agua, son algunos de los elementos que no pueden faltar en ninguna plaza y que, a través de una intervención cromática, multifuncional y sistematizada, trasladamos a los espacios intersticiales de la Urbanización La Llosa.
All the pieces are solved with the same structure, which gives name to the project: a module of pine wood bars of 50x50 cm that is repeated and is configurated in different ways to being adapted to the different uses.
Todas las piezas se resuelven con la misma estructura, la cual da nombre al proyecto: un módulo de 50x50cm de barras de madera de pino que se repite y se configura de distinta forma para adaptarse a los diferentes usos.

A layered intervention is proposed. After a first general organization of the different spaces a second action is carried out, which consists of treating the existing through a chromatic intervention in pavements, facades and the coal belt, sewing and delimiting the different areas of action.

In the bioclimatic design is important the use of vegetation in private spaces and public open spaces as passive design strategy, creating different microclimates in the city. Vegetation has some effects which we have classified in direct effects, such as creating shade, manipulating the wind and noise reduction, or indirect effects, like evapotranspiration and adiabatic cooling, avoid the long infrared wave from the floor to the atmosphere, evaporation control and reduction of the short-wave radiation. Furthermore, vegetation can be used as a renewable energy source, as in the case of the micro-algae in facades or vegetation panels.
En el diseño bioclimático es importante el uso de vegetación en los espacios abiertos públicos y privados como una estrategia de diseño pasivo, creando diferentes microclimas. La vegetación tiene algunos efectos en el espacio que se clasifican en directos, como la creación de sombra, manipulación del viento o reducción de ruido, y en indirectos, como la evapotranspiración y el enfriamiento adiabático, evitar la onda infrarroja larga desde el suelo a la atmósfera, el control de la evaporación y la reducción de la radiación de onda corta. Además, puede ser utilizada como fuente de energía renovable, como en el caso de las micro algas o los paneles vegetales.
The building is located in the center of Wien. The proposal of the project is to create a lung inside the city to contribute the different benefits of the vegetation to the environment of the city.
El edificio se sitúa en el centro de Viena. La propuesta del proyecto es crear un pulmón verde dentro de la ciudad para contribuir con los diferentes beneficios de la vegetación en el entorno de la ciudad.
The project consists in three systems that work together: the first one is the hard system which consists in the structure and the platforms which are the base and the support of the next system. The second one is the soft system which is composed by the vegetation and the inhabitants of the building, the main actors of the scene. Inside the vegetation we find different kinds of vegetation according to the high and the function: the food production and the shrubbery form the low strata whereas the other ones are composed by the medium and the high trees which are used for creating shadow and clean the air, almost achieving energy. The last system is the glass skin that has the function of keeping the heating or protect the interior from the exterior creating the greenhouse effect.
El proyecto consiste en tres sistemas que funcionan juntos. El primero de ellos es el sistema rígido, formado por la estructura y las plataformas, que funcionan como soporte para el siguiente sistema, el blando, formado por la vegetación y los habitantes del edificio, los principales protagonistas. Dentro de la vegetación encontramos diferentes tipos según la altura y su función: la producción de alimentos y los arbustos forman los estratos bajos mientras que el resto está formado por los árboles medianos y los altos, los cuales se utilizan para crear sombra y limpiar el aire, mejorando el sistema energético. El último sistema es la envolvente de cristal cuya función es conservar la temperatura o proteger el interior del exterior creando el conocido como efecto invernadero.

Farm Avenue proposes a new building model that works as an authentic farm inside the city. Cities, more and more densified, replete of blocks and private plots, don’t leave enough space for the construction of news infrastructures that host new programs and even less for the cooperation and the social interactions. Streets, squares and parks are still being city points where social meetings happen and the idea of the neighborhood and community is put in value. This project takes the concept of the street to move the idea of the vertical farm to a public and lineal urban space.
Farm Avenue propone un nuevo modelo de edificio que funciona como una granja dentro de la ciudad. Las ciudades, cada vez más densificadas, repletas de bloques y parcelas privadas, no dejan espacio suficiente para la construcción de infraestructuras que acojan nuevos programas y menos aún para la cooperación y la interacción social. Las calles, plazas y parques son lugares en la ciudad para las reuniones sociales, y donde se pone en valor la idea de vecindario y de comunidad. Este proyecto toma el concepto de calle para mover la idea de las granjas verticales a un espacio urbano lineal y vertical.
A modular structure of steel cross section is elevated above the road without interrupt the usual traffic. The different layers extracted from the rural landscape are stacked on it. On the one hand, orchards of vegetables and fruit trees planted in a pot system with different volumes depending on the plant size. On the other hand, grass fields for the livestock. This rural landscape moved to the city keeps the idea of the street through runways which go across the structure in a linear way, with communications cores attached itself. The project is completed with a watering system which is supplied by the rainwater collected in the top of the building, through water tanks, and other programs as garden tools warehouse, grain storage, and compost containers.
Una estructura modular de sección transversal de acero se eleva por encima de la carretera sin interrumpir el tráfico regular. Las diferentes capas extraídas del paisaje rural se apilan en ella. Por un lado, los cultivos vegetales y los árboles frutales se plantan en un sistema de macetas de diferentes volúmenes dependiendo del tamaño de la planta. Por otro lado, campos de hierba para el ganado. Este paisaje en la ciudad mantiene la idea de calle a través de pasarelas que cruzan la estructura de forma lineal, con núcleos de comunicación adosados a la misma. El proyecto se completa con un sistema de riego que se abastece con el agua de lluvia recolectada en la cota superior del edificio, y otros programas como almacenes de herramientas de jardinería, almacenes de grano y contenedores de compost.
A new idea of public space appears, the Farm Avenue, where neighbors of the city can enjoy the benefits of the rural environment and become real urban farmers.
Surge una nueva idea de espacio público, Farm Avenue, donde los vecinos de la ciudad pueden disfrutar de los beneficios del entorno rural y llegar a ser verdaderos agricultores urbanos.

The alarm state is decreed in March 14th, 2020 in Spain and with it a forced lockdown of the entire population in their homes starts, for a period of approximately two months, motivated by a global pandemic caused by the COVID-19. This new situation of perpetual stay in the house has motivated the explosion of multiple actions and activities on it for which the known and contemporary housing is not ready yet.
El 14 de marzo de 2020 se decreta el estado de alarma en España y con ello comienza un confinamiento obligado de toda la población en sus domicilios por un periodo aproximado de dos meses, motivado por la pandemia mundial a causa del COVID-19. Esta nueva situación de estancia perpetua en la vivienda ha motivado la explosión de múltiples acciones en ella para las cuales, la vivienda contemporánea, no está preparada.
This study analyze the current housing conditions and its necessary evolution from a serie of domestic variations, establishing a paradigm shift in contemporary housing.
Esta investigación analiza las condiciones de la vivienda actual y su necesaria evolución a partir de una serie de variaciones domésticas, estableciendo un cambio de paradigma en la vivienda contemporánea.
The research works with a survey completed during the lockdown period as a test laboratory, analyzing the different activities outside the domestic world and that during this situation will be part of it. The answers generate a sample of great documentary interest and a very wide and precise in-depth analysis of contemporary housing conditions in Spain. With this pieces of information analysis obtained the failure and potentials of current domestic spaces are frayed.
Se trabaja con una encuesta realizada durante el periodo de confinamiento como laboratorio de pruebas, analizando las diferentes actividades ajenas al mundo doméstico y que durante esta situación van a formar parte de él. Las respuestas recibidas generan un muestreo de gran interés documental y una amplia y precisa radiografía de las condiciones de la vivienda contemporánea en España. En el análisis de los datos obtenidos se deshilachan las deficiencias y los potenciales de los espacios domésticos actuales.
The research analyzes all the gaps in the domestic space and their conditions for future similar situations through characters recreated from the data obtained. With the conclusions about the comparative reality a series of modifications or new conditions in the home is proposed that allow to dilate and expand the domestic space in the future and make it more in line with the new demands in the future.
La investigación analiza todas las lagunas del espacio doméstico y sus condiciones para futuras situaciones similares a través de personajes recreados desde los datos obtenidos. Con las conclusiones sobre la realidad comparada se propone una serie de modificaciones o nuevas condiciones en la vivienda que permitan dilatar y expandir el espacio doméstico en el futuro y hacerlo más acorde con las nuevas demandas en el futuro.

During my year abroad in Graz I had the opportunity to design a piece of furniture with Architektinnen Machen Möbel (AMM). My team was chosen to design a chair.
Durante mi año en el extranjero tuve la oportunidad de diseñar un mueble en un taller de construcción con madera. Mi equipo fue elegido para el diseño de una silla.
Inspired by the simplicity of a continuous line and the complexity of the knot concept, the chair NUDO aim to reach a sense of clarity and elegance of forms. The combination of materials, wood for the structure and fabric for the seat, suggests a friendly relation between the languages, steadiness and smoothness.
Inspirada en la simplicidad de una línea continua y en la complejidad del concepto de nudo, la silla NUDO destaca por su claridad y elegancia en las formas. La combinación de materiales, madera para la estructura y tela para el asiento, sugiere una relación amistosa entre ambos lenguajes, firmeza y suavidad.
