Recommendation letter

To whom it may concern: My name is Matthew Dinneen and I have known the Pablo Riveros for just on 12 months now. He volunteered for the 2012 World Environment Day (WED) Festival working with the Sunshine Coast Environment Council (SCEC), where I am the festival coordinator.

I am writing to with a personal and professional recommendation that you consider Pablo Riveros for your TAFE student of the year. In all my years of experience, some individuals stand out for their great qualities and Pablo Riveros is one of those people. He has made it obvious that his passion for the environment along with his work ethic, positive attitude and teamwork mentality makes him an asset in any team atmosphere. He is well remembered throughout the organization for his communication skills, dedication to the task at hand.

Throughout the lead in to the festival and during set up and pull down, we all witnessed his enthusiasm to make things happen. Volunteers are vital to a smooth delivery of a large scale festival like the WED festival, so with someone like Pablo Riveros on site things went to plan.

In fact, you could say that Pablo was a link in a chain that helped the festival receive the United Nation Environmental Program (UNEP) WED 2012 challenge award.

In summation, due to his great attitude, dedication and excellent potential, I would heartily recommend that you greatly consider Pablo Riveros for the TAFE student of the year award.
