She was so won over that she became a trainer and bought the 1,500-square-foot studio. The airy and comfortable space encourages a fun environment while giving a complete workout for the entire body. Skilled instructors teach with a nurturing sensibility, guiding students through exercises for every muscle group in the body followed by extensive stretching.
