Are You Ready for Disaster? Red Cross Offers Tips

o you know what to do in an earthquake? How will you reconnect with your family following a major disaster? Do you have the right items in your disaster kit? In the aftermath of the devastating earthquakes and tsunami in Japan, we all need to be able to answer YES to all of these questions. Every person in the Bay Area needs to ensure they are personally prepared for disaster. Only in this way will all of us in the community be able to ensure the safety of our families and assist our neighbors. The American Red Cross Bay Area Chapter offers free, non-certificate courses in a variety of formats to ensure your family, community, school and workplace are prepared for all types of disasters. Be Red Cross Ready Online Course: You can take an online training course to learn more about how you can get your family prepared for disaster.
