RETURNED GOODS / 貨物退回 Returned goods will not be accepted for exchange or credit without prior written approval from Far East sole distributor Capitco Company Limited in Hong Kong. All returned goods must be shipped prepaid. After a through investigation by sole distributor, if it is revealed that the product is not satisfactory or has been shipped in error, credit or replacement will be made. CLAIMS / 索償 Claims for price adjustment must be made in writing within 7 days. Claims for shortages or incorrectly filled orders must be made in writing within 10 days after receipt of the goods. All claims should be submitted with proper document to the authorized distributor.
提出對價格調整而要求的索償必须於收貨 後七天内以書面通知。如因材料不足或貨 品質量而提出的索償必须於收貨後十天以 書面通知。所有索償必须連同正確文件 （銷售發票）遞交指定的合法及認可經銷 商。
