Concept Note: The concept for making this garment is the themes of this event, i.e. “Naturally in Love. My inspiration for this garment is a natural beauty , a highly ambitious girl who is a nature love and is waiting for her lover. The girl is truly in love with the awe inspiring beauty of nature and amidst its serenity is waiting for that someone special who would come along, to hold her hand and share the world with all her life. Since, the girl is very much in love with nature, I have tried to depict different moods of nature through my design. The colors used in the skirt as well as in the umbrella, showing the changing seasons. The frills change the colors along with the body movement. Garment Details: The garment is a two piece garment with a long boot. All made up of knitted cotton fabric. The top of the garment is full of surface development, and the skirt is made of cottons and full frills of colors which depicts the colors of nature. The boot and the umbrella are also made of knitted cotton fabric with surface development on it.
