This project is based on the Marketing and Visual Merchandising of a premium lingerie brand of India, Bwitch. With the current down fall in the sale performance of the Bwitch EBOs, the brand decides to understand the cause and make the necessary modifications.
The project involves analyzing the current lingerie market, the performance of the brand and a pitch to change the targeting and positioning of the brand. Therefore, resulting into the modification in the visual outlook of the brand’s EBO through the elements of Visual Merchandising.
