the fashion list!
ready, set, style! th is week mehreen amin khan pairs four sty lis h bo ho of sania ali ou tfits with am rapali jewellery .
This white jacket with matching trousers is both timeless and elegant. I wore the beautiful interlinked silver gold-plated pearl necklace with the Bengal ring and amulet from Amrapali. I chose to pull back my hair so the jewellery and jacket was more visible and opted for a natural, glowy makeup look with dark eyes.
This black off the shoulder tunic with matching black sequins pants is perfect for a night out! I paired this with Amrapali's black Kerela necklace. They made a killer combo! Sahar gave me dark smokey eyes and offset it with a nude lip.

I love this fuschia ruffled sleeved top because of it's colour and cut. I paired it with one of Amrapali's one-ofa-kind necklaces to add oomph to the outfit.
I fell for the versatility of this gorgeous black and bronze banarsi set. I chose to wear Amrapali's Chandbali's with it to perfect the traditional look.

Q: We’ve been dating for six months now and I feel like I am in love with my boyfriend. I want to get married to him and each time I broach the subject he says it’s too soon and changes the topic. I am a female and 26 years old and have pressure from the family to get married. He is 30 and is quite settled, so I don’t think the work aspect is a problem. I feel 6 months is a long time to get to know each other. How do I get him to commit to me?
A: First of all, there are no set rules
when it comes to how long it takes for a person to commit. Six months is a decent time to get to know each other and both of you seem to be at the right age for commitment. However every situation is different. There could be many factors causing him to avoid 34

the subject of marraige. Usually it's about the right timing. Someone perfect can seem imperfect at the wrong time. The fact that he is brushing off the topic is a little alarming. This could mean that he is not that into you, or it could mean that he wants to take his own time to propose to you. Guys don’t usually like girls bringing up the subject too often and it is better that you let him bring up the topic himself. Final piece of advice, if you feel you are actually in love with him then hold on to him as love doesn't come easy! See how it goes, however if you feel he is not serious about you then let him go now or it will hurt more later. Good luck and keep us posted.

Q: What should I do to be more attractive? I do all the makeup and keep up with all the new trends, but my husband never seems to compliment me. I work and also look after the house, and I feel that he does not appreciate me. He wasn’t always like this, but I feel he isn’t happy. It could be because of me or maybe he is not happy in general. He just always seems to be gloomy, what should I do?
3
A: It is really important in any relationship to truly understand one another and it is also essential to understand that everything may not be about you. You have to be able to communicate with each other to avoid misunderstandings. He could be unhappy about his work, a family related problem or perhaps he is suffering from a midlife crisis. If you talked to each other as friends on a more regular basis you would be able to figure out what is going on in his head. Coming back to attraction, in a relationship many times physical attraction is tied to emotional connection. It is important to mentally stimulate each other & have fun shared experiences. If he is gloomy rather than asking him what’s wrong try to cheer him up. He has to be totally ok with himself before he can be ok with you and appreciate you. A marriage is hard work, so don't stress and keep at it! Everything will work out. Good luck!
Q: I love my wife and have been married for almost 8 years now. We have a child together whom we both adore. However as of late a colleague has been showing a keen interest in me. At first she would just swing by my office with some excuse, then she started to bring me coffee and we started talking. In this process we have become quite close as we have similar interests and she is really easy to talk to. Last week we were out of the office for a meeting and she held my hand in the car. Things got a little heated. I am not sure what to do as I love my wife and we have a family together but I am so attracted to this girl! Please help.
A: This is an age old scenario where another woman suddenly seems attractive and you feel that maybe she could be the one. However let's make some things clear- the grass always seems greener on the other side, yet it simply isn’t. The girl may seem attractive now as your wife did at first. The initial flirtation period is always exciting, and then you get to real life with real issues. and it's all pretty much the same. You have a child together and you do seem to love your wife. It's easy to slip up somtimes, but its not worth it. We would suggest telling the girl nicely that you are married and in love with your wife. You should apologise for anything that has happened but you cannot allow yourself to cheat on your wife & risk losing it all. Try to distance yourself & keep the relationship professional. Before you know it you will forget about her. In the mean time focus on what's really important in your life (i.e your wife & family) and try to spruce up your relationship and find the excitement as you once did (perhaps a holiday) . Good luck and may the force be with you :)

Be confident as this week begins -- some unresolved issues are making you frustrated, but you're not the one people are pointing to. Go ahead and put your ideas and plans into action. Everyone is waiting to follow your lead. As the week continues, things will be moving a bit too slow for your taste, but it's time for a refresher course in patience anyway. A foreign influence may speed things up -- especially your pulse! And as the weekend arrives, invest in something you'll have the rest of your life that conveys your personality -- an antique hunt could be perfect.

A foreign influence may speed things up -- especially your pulse! And as the weekend arrives, invest in something you'll have the rest of your life that conveys your personality -- an antique hunt could be perfect.
As the week begins, some confusing drama is going on with a coworker. You want to help fix their problem, but it's clear you can't. So focus on happier things, like spending lots of quality time with people you care about. Mid-week, thoughtful friends and coworkers make some good suggestions. They see things from a good perspective and only wish you well, so why not follow their advice? Then, get ready for a fun weekend ... you'll meet lots of new people who think you have really interesting things to say. Excellent flirting opportunities abound.
The week will start with a burst of energy -- maybe too much! With all your upcoming events, it might be hard to concentrate for a few days. In the middle of the week, you'll want to slow yourself down and put on your game face -- it's show time at work and you're on! Your social life will surge back to the forefront very soon, and you'll have a lot of details to double check as the week comes to a close. Once the weekend finally arrives (it will feel like forever!), a wild party awaits -- so get ready to burst out of your shell!

Start the week in research mode -gather up what you need to know before moving forward and you're sure to have great success. Any time you spend creating art, music or poetry will be more satisfying than ever -- it may even spark a new obsession. A new person in your life is showing you that your mind can never be too open, so don't be surprised if you change your opinions on some big issues. This will lead to interesting debates as the week winds to a close. Share your revised hopes and desires with friends and listen to how impressed they are with your new insight.
Distracted by a fading friendship, you may have a short fuse as the week begins, so give yourself some space and remember those deep breathing techniques. You have high expectations of yourself, but no one is perfect. If things seem confusing, just take your time -- there's no rush. After days of keeping to yourself, your soul-searching will yield some reassuring clarity. This experiment with solitude was a success -- why not consider some solo travel, either here or abroad? Experiencing new cultures is a life-altering opportunity.

There's a mystery to solve at the start of the week, but it's a fun one -- look for clues in your dreams. Spend time at a gallery, see a play, or do something else that feeds your artistic side. Don't pass up an opportunity to help someone in need -- make yourself available emotionally as well as physically. A new wrinkle in a very important relationship will be on your mind for the rest of the week -- there's friction there, but also a great deal of mutual respect and love. Temptation arrives at the close of the week. But be careful, taking a risk won't likely pay off.

Get out that new outfit on Monday morning, and start the week right! Putting your best foot forward will give you a nice ego boost and set a great tone for the week. If you stray off track at work, that's ok -- detours often turn into short cuts. A strong urge for new ideas will inspire you to step out of your comfort zone. You won't be bored, that's for sure! If you happen to find yourself surrounded by some radical people at a hot social event toward the end of the week, let your talkative side emerge -- an intellectual connection could spark a romance.
Take a chance on that new venture you're considering -- it's time for you to do something for yourself, and this could be big. You're at the beginning stages of a real self-transformation, so don't be alarmed if you're feeling ambiguous about things that used to seem cut and dry. You're taking things in, keeping an open mind, and this is very, very good. Sensuality is highly present, especially at the end of the week -- in all forms. Choose more decadent meals, evocative music, romantic words and beautiful art to feed your hunger for the aesthetic.

Getting off to a slow start this week won't bother you a bit -- your confidence is stronger than ever, and nothing's going to get you off track. Spend the downtime thinking and planning new schemes. By mid-week, productivity will skyrocket as you zip through a lot of detail work that delivers the challenge you've been craving. It's a great opportunity to prove to others what you already know -- you rock. It will all feel like a blur as the weekend arrives and you get a chance to slow down again. Celebrate your success -- but keep things light and low key.
This week is all about communication -- the more creative you are with it, the better. Think about what you need to say and how you should deliver it for maximum positive results. Some subtle changes in your style will make a huge impact. Others are impressed with this new you and want to know your secret. You'll get all sorts of attention throughout the week -- romantic, professional, you name it. Some of your newer fans are a bit flighty with their attentions, so stick with the people who've always thought you were fabulous. They'll keep your feet firmly planted on the ground.
