Who we are

We are a coalition dedicated to the progression of diversity, inclusion, and anti-racism within the soccer landscape in the United States and beyond. Our mission is to eradicate racist rhetoric, symbols, and anything else that is to the detriment of our sport. We want to educate the masses on the importance and impact of anti-racist behavior and how it fosters a more inclusive and powerful environment.

What we do

We provide a framework for accountability and standards, in the form of a Ten Point Plan, for individuals, groups, and organizations to uphold with respect to their ongoing anti-racism work. We provide resources for better understanding of what anti-racism is, especially within the American soccer landscape, and what it looks like in the implementation process.

Mission Statement / Vision

Our mission is to fight racism within the American soccer landscape. We want to address the ongoing systemic racism that exists within our game with impactful action. Our goal is to reform every level of the game so that it is a more inclusive space for everyone.
