An initial meeting will be utilised to discuss your property and goals in the comfortability of your own home.

During this integral part of the campaign, Chris will be working hard to show your property to as many potential buyers as possible through open homes, private inspections, letterbox dropping and database calling.

Professional Consultation After Chris gets to know you and your property, he will discuss the condition of the market and what price point your property sits within. From here, you will work together to tailor a unique marketing and sales campaign designed to achieve maximum exposure and a premium price for your home.

Marketing your Home At this stage in the campaign, Chris’ team of advertising professionals will execute photography, script writing and other media activities included in your marketing strategy. This will ensure your property is presented to the market in the best possible light.

Working with Buyers During this time, Chris will be working with potential buyers through carrying out open home call backs, negotiating offers and presenting contracts. This is a crucial stage in the campaign, where skilled negotiation is key.

Securing a Sale Both parties come together with an agreed offer. During this time, contract documents will be supplied and reviewed by all parties including solicitors. Once all contract terms have been fulfilled the property will go unconditional.

Settling & Celebrating

Your property is made live on the internet, a signboard will be installed and your property brochures and media will be released.
