Information Management College Credit Certificate - Total Program Credits: 30 Be the one people turn to for technical help, when you earn a certificate in information management. This program will prepare you to plan, install, configure, monitor, troubleshoot and manage computer networks in a LAN/WAN environment. These courses cover competencies for several certifications: A + Essentials, Network +, Security +, MCP and MCTS. Credits earned in this College Credit Certificate will transfer directly into the A.A.S. or A.S. degree in Networking Administrator.
CISCO CCNA College Credit Certificate - Total Program Credits: 12 Learn the skills you need to design, build and maintain small to medium-sized networks. In this nine-month program, you will take courses on: • wide area networks • Cisco routers and switches • Open System Interconnection models • networking • local area networks and much more. These courses cover competencies for CCENT and CCNA certifications. Computer Information Security Advanced Technical Certificate - Total Program Credits: 10 This 10-credit advanced technical certificate focuses on the critical need for security policies, implementation techniques, intrusion detection and prevention, vulnerabilities, encryption, authentication, compromised networks, and different tools to address these topics. Applicants to the program must have: • an A.A.S. or A.S. degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field • an A.A.S. or A.S. degree or higher in an unrelated field with substantial work experience in a computer-related field
