On April 5, the parcel adjacent to 2 Camino del Mar in Hammock Dunes was sold to developers Old Florida Family Inc. Old Florida Family is a third generation of builders, specializing in niche and luxury development. It’s planning to build 33 single-family homes under the name Oasis at Hammock Dunes. Home designs and pricing should be available within the coming weeks.
