Capitalizing on the medical tourism trend, a local dentist is joining forces with a fishing boat captain to create an unsinkable business: Tooth Tourism. “When you get a root canal, you’re often wishing you were somewhere else,” said Phil Eng, who has been a dentist for 11 months. “Now, you can be.
