FIREFIGHTERS SAVE KITTEN
Hold on tight ... Pathways hosts derby Three Ormond Beach firefighters recently helped free a stray kitten out of the engine compartment of a citizen’s truck. Ormond Beach resident Maria Levrault wrote an email to the city stating that Bill Baronowski, David Randall and Kevin Holt from Fire Station 94 took a brief timeout from their dinner to help save the kitten, which was only weeks old at the time. “The kitten is now fed, safe, and comfy,” Levrault said. “These men showed much compassion for a precious life for which I am grateful. They should be commended.”
