After finding the developer of Hunter’s Ridge in noncompliance regarding its original development order with the city of Ormond Beach, the city has filed a lawsuit against U.S. Capital Alliance and Flagler County. On Wednesday, Oct. 25, the city held a special commission meeting to discuss the previously issued notice of noncompliance with U.S. Capital Alliance.
