The 57th Halifax Art Festival recently announced Palm Coast’s Ray Brilli as its featured artist for 2019. Brilli’s oil painting “Minding My Own” will appear on all festival advertising as well as on the official T-shirt. Brilli will be at the festival, Nov. 2-3, on Daytona’s Beach Street at Booth 229.
